| Urban parks provide people a good place for recreation and social communication.People in Shenzhen with a high-density built environment have urgent requirements for recreation in urban parks.Nowadays,a three-level urban park system consisting of community park,city park and natural park has been built in Shenzhen.Most of the natural parks in Shenzhen are built based on a specific natural landscape(i.e.mountains)and a bit far away from city centers and people need to reach there by transportation during weekends or holidays.Community parks are built close to residential areas generally with small size,simple facilities,and without daily management of full-time staff.City park includes theme park and comprehensive park,the former with specific themes and tickets for entrance.By comparison,comprehensive park is more suitable to be a recreation place for daily life with right scale,facilities and daily management.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the equity of spatial distribution of comprehensive parks in Shenzhen and explore the possibility and validty for people enjoying services of comprehensive parks.The result is supposed to provide a referenece for updating and building comprehensive parks in the future.As the published census data does not provide the information of the specific spatial distribution of the population,it can not be used effectively to analyze the spatial relationship between the spatial distribution of the comprehensive park and of the population.As most of the activities of the crowd in the city occur in a variety of buildings.Through the comparative analysis,it is found that the proportion of the building area in each district of Shenzhen share of similar distribution characteristics.Then this article is proposed to use the spatial distribution of the building floor area to simulate that of the population,and according to the differences between different types of buildings within the population of the comprehension park demand,to correct the building area,so that the district after the revision of the construction area are more fit population distribution.Based on the spatial distribution of the building floor area,the spatial distribution of the comprehensive park is studied.First,the degree of matching of the demand density and POI density of the comprehensive park in Shenzhen is studied by using the density analysis method.Then through the network analysis method to get a comprehensive park service area,and service area and urban buildings for spatial join,and then from the district,street and individual level analysis of comprehensive park service capabilities.It is found that the overall spatial distribution of the comprehensive park is better,but the overall coverage of the comprehensive park service is low.Street level and comprehensive park individual level service capacity of regional differences.Finally,the layout of the comprehensive park service blind area and the built comprehensive park was optimized.Service blind area add new comprehensive park according to the building demand density and POI density,and compare to the "Shenzhen Park Construction and Development Plan".The paper puts forward the layout adjustment strategy based on the spatial distribution and service capacity research results at the street level and the individual level,and puts forward the optimization suggestions for the spatial layout of Shenzhen comprehensive park at the level of cognition,planning and policy level. |
