Comprehensive Evaluation And Planning Strategy Of Service Capabilities Of Urban Parks Of Different Sizes

Urban parks are an important green space for improving urban ecological quality and improving urban landscapes.They are the most important leisure and recreation space that citizens can enjoy.The service capacity of a city park is the main basis for judging whether citizens can enjoy this public space efficiently and with high quality.The free urban park in the main city of Xi'an is the research object.From the distribution pattern of urban parks,per capita park green space,residents'use status,urban park accessibility,and urban park carrying capacity,the comprehensive evaluation of Xi'an City Park's service capacity is carried out,and some suggestions are put forward on this basis.1.According to the classification of urban parks,the number of primary parks(above50hm~2)is 30%;the number of secondary parks(10-50hm~2)is 27.5%;and the number of tertiary parks(below 10hm~2)The proportion is 42.5%.The distribution of Xi'an city is generally expanded in a circular shape with“three-level urban parks—secondary city parks—first-class urban parks”.There is a large difference in the amount of parks,total park area and per capita area between the districts.2.Conducting a field survey of urban parks and evaluating the use of urban parks,the results show that the secondary use of secondary and tertiary parks is relatively high,but the service facilities are old and the carrying capacity is poor;The service facilities are perfect and the environmental carrying capacity is better.3.The accessibility analysis of urban parks was carried out by using a combination of questionnaires and GIS.The secondary and tertiary city parks are more convenient in transportation,less time spent,better accessibility and smaller service areas.The first-class parks have a greater appeal to urban residents.Urban residents are willing to spend more time on transportation,with poor accessibility and a wider range of services.4.Construct a city park carrying capacity evaluation model.The results show that the carrying capacity of the primary park is significantly better than that of the secondary and tertiary parks.5.Taking the spatial balance,integrity,regionality and sustainable development as the planning principle,the planning concept of the balanced urban park distribution pattern is proposed for the urban park system planning.By rationally increasing the number of small urban parks;improving the management level of urban parks and improving the safety of urban parks;combining urban park system planning with urban public service facilities planning and construction,fully meeting the needs of different tourists;making full use of resources to build rich The urban parks with regional characteristics include the re-development of the space and functions of the old city parks;the city features are highlighted from the urban parks;and on this basis,the planning proposals for the detailed planning and construction outlines are formulated.
