| At present,under the background of the development of land stock,the connotative development focusing on quality has become an important measure to improve the quality of urban space and improve the living environment in urban renovation,among which the improvement of green space facilities in urban parks is an important link.At present,due to the lack of consideration of the dynamic matching relationship between the spatial layout and site selection of the residential area and the park green space,the dislocation between the supply and demand of the two leads to the park green space is difficult to meet the daily recreational needs of residents in the community life circle.The maximum service efficiency as a result,in order to play the park green space in order to enhance residents’daily life environment and quality of life,study and put forward from the Angle of community life to explore the park green space layout and location research,based in changchun city center,in the central city park green space as the research object,to improve community living circle park green space layout and location as the goal,Based on the dynamic matching relationship between the park green space layout and residents’daily activity routes,the paper explores the existing problems in the park green space layout and location optimization strategies.First of all,the park green space layout and site selection model construction.Starting with the characteristics of residents’living activities,the spatial characteristics of community and the characteristics of residents’daily activities are analyzed.According to the comprehensive function of park green space in the city and the behavior characteristics of residents in the daily activity space,the spatial layout and location of park green space are reinterpreted.The priority scoring model of urban park green space layout was established based on the accessibility of park green space,road flow potential and ecological environmental benefit(the higher the priority,the higher the comprehensive income after the layout of regional park green space)as an important basis for the layout and site selection of urban park green space.Secondly,through the priority scoring model of park green space layout,the commonness and difference of problems existing in areas where per capita green space is lower than the planning standard(less than 10m~2/person)in central urban area are determined,and the current supply and demand of three typical park green Spaces are summarized.Finally,by establishing the dynamic matching relationship between park green space and residents,the number,location,service scope and service population of park green space are reasonably determined,and combined with the actual situation,the specific layout scheme and implementation suggestions of new park green space in three typical regions are given.Research Conclusion:The priority scoring model of park green space layout proposed in this paper focuses on evaluating the demand degree of park green space layout in urban areas,and the evaluation accuracy reaches the level of residential district.Compared with the traditional site selection model,the evaluation method of this model focuses more on the comprehensive evaluation among the accessibility,convenience and ecology of the daily use of parks from the perspective of"people-oriented".The scoring model makes use of all aspects of data for comprehensive calculation and analysis,and the evaluation results are more objective and scientific.Through the empirical research on the layout and site selection of park green space in the central city of Changchun,it provides reference for the future research on the layout and site selection of urban park green space and its planning and design. |
