The Research Of Post Occupancy Evaluation In Ststion Square Of Optimizing And Design In The North Square Of Changchun Railway Station

Railway Station Square plays an important role in the development of Railway Station.In recent years,at home and abroad,the front square has appeared in front of people's eyes and began to put into use.The construction of Railway,the increase of human traffic,the differentiation of functions and the continuity of historical context have put forward new requirements for the planning and design of the station square.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate whether the existing station square can meet the current needs through various ways.Square before taking Chang Chun Railway Station north station as the research content,in order to use the evaluation theory(POE)as the research support,the mature research methods and practical experience,through the investigation and data analysis for many times,to the North Station Square in front of the user behavior needs,preferences and station square itself attribute analysis,understand the planning and design of station square,service facilities,commercial use,greening the environment and management on the station square on the impact of the behavior of users,with the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,through the observation method,questionnaire survey and semi-structured survey map analysis,behavior such as auxiliary methods,use the likert scale analysis of the various influence factors of the square,summed up the Chang Chun Railway Station North Station Square in front of real demand andsubsequent improvement Suggestions.Study found that: the former north station square in terms of physical comfort,social participation rate higher,poor evaluation of historical and cultural aspects,on the degree of satisfaction,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.At the same time,it is of great practical significance to improve the ecological function and social service function of the former square.
