Light steel structure has unique advantages(comfort,environmental protection,energy saving,high efficiency,industrialization)and good comprehensive benefits,not only providing a new structural system for the development of residential buildings in China,but also changing the traditional residential building construction mode.Based on the research results of domestic and international assembly buildings,this research group proposed a new type of assembly type light steel structure residential building system,which has the advantages of flexible space division,high indoor space,strong seismic performance,low comprehensive cost and suitable for hoisting,and high degree of industrialization.Through the theoretical analysis and the finite element analysis software simulation,the main components of the new building system and the static performance and dynamic performance of the whole structural system are studied.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.Overview of the development of assembly-style architecture.This paper summarizes the research status of assembly buildings both at home and abroad.At home and abroad,the research on the static characteristics and design theory of light steel structure is put forward,and the value of this paper is put forward.2.The characteristics of the new type of assembly type light steel structure residential building system and its main components are discussed.This paper introduces the composition of the new structure system,and introduces the main components of the new structural system,namely,the cold-formed thin-walled steel beam-the lightweight aggregate concrete building(roof),the cold-formed thin-walled steel beam Tectonic composition and main characteristics of concrete composite wall.3.The finite element analysis model of cold-formed thin-walled steel beam-lightweight aggregate concrete building(house)is established.Based on the static calculation model of the composite floor,the stress mechanism and failure characteristics of the single-span composite floor are studied respectively.The deformation characteristics and influencing factors of the multi-span composite floor under static load are studied.Deformation characteristics and influencing factors of cantilevered composite floor under static load.The results show that the cold-formed thin-walled steel girder-lightweight aggregate concrete composite is better in the use stage,and it has high bearing capacity and smaller deformation.The use of lightweight aggregate concrete not only reduces this combination Cover the weight,but also effectively prevent the cold-formed thin-walled steel beam buckling,which ensured the stability of the components.The height of the cross section of the floor of the composite floor,the length of the cantilever,the span,the restraint conditions around the floor and so on have great influence on the static performance of the composite floor.4.Based on the dynamic calculation model of the composite floor,the dynamic characteristics such as the natural frequency,the vibration mode and the fundamental frequency of the single(multi)and multi deck are studied respectively.The vibration of the single(multi)Frequency,vibration mode and fundamental frequency.The dynamic characteristics of single-span(cantilever)composite floor and multi-span(cantilever)composite floor are compared.The results show that the low-order vibration of the composite floor is vertical vibration,and its vertical natural frequency satisfies the relevant regulations in the current specification.When the end of the composite floor has cantilevered,the vibration form is obviously different.5.A finite element analysis model was established to study the seismic performance of a small villa under construction.The results show that the natural frequency of the new structure system is more dense,which reflects the complexity of its dynamic characteristics.At the same time,because of the structural system of the spectrum is more intensive,between the various modes is bound to have a coupling effect,the spectral cut-off also need to be discussed.This structural system is applicable not only to low-intensity zones but also in high-intensity areas.The research done in this paper can provide a useful reference for the analysis,design and construction of such building structures.
