| Floor system plays an important role in steel structure residence. Developing new-type floor form that combines to different areas is a present issue.Floor form and construction of steel structure residence in domestic and foreign countries is reviewed in the paper. Combined the floor type and corresponding design theory, the coal gangue light aggregate concrete was introduced into the floor system in steel structure residence, and the coal gangue light aggregate concrete floor system is researched and developed. The main work is as follows:1. According to the coal gangue concrete material test, the light aggregate concrete floor of coal gangue is proposed. Computing method on one-way and two-way slab of light aggregate cast-in-situ concrete of coal gangue is also presented.2. To adapt to the development trend of large room type in the residence and consider the design method of the present large span floor and the advantage of high strength of steel, the dense rib floor of two-way light steel on light aggregate concrete of coal gangue is developed. Computing method is derived out in terms of mechanics and practical example is provided, which has certain reference for engineers and technicians. 3. According to the present theory and test achievement of profiled sheeting composite slabs, profiled steel sheeting-coal gangue concrete composite slabs by coal gangue concrete replacing ordinary concrete is proposed. Based on the coal gangue concrete characteristic, The computing method on the bearing capacity limit state and the normal using limit state of composite slabs is provided. Expatiated fire prevention measures and construct requests is introduced, too.4. The computing method on profiled steel sheeting-coal gangue concrete composite slabs is programmed by using VB language. Construction details are gotten through the treatment of calculation result, which promotes the application of composite slabs.
