As of 2013,the heating area of northern cities in China has reached 12 billion square meters in winter.Compared with the 5 billion square meter heating area in 2001,it has increased by about 1.5 times.The area of central heating in these areas accounts for about 76%,and the central heating system is mainly used in thermal power plants.Raised in Beijing city's "13th Five-Year" period of energy development planning ",in the" 13 th Five-Year "period,the heating pattern optimization to improve the Beijing city" "1+4+N" +X ",built in central heating network with four thermoelectric center,gas peak shaving boiler rooms for the main heat source.But in summer,the demand of heating load is very little,which makes the utilization rate of cogeneration system very low.Because of the lack of heating load during the heating season,the heat supply units of many thermal power plants can only run in the mode of YISHION condensation or stop in the non heating season.The advantage of cogeneration energy utilization is buried.At the same time,the vast majority of residents and business users choose electric air-conditioning refrigeration in summer,resulting in peak power consumption in summer,and even part of the region and thus limited power.Thermal power plant in summer can not be stopped and the emergence of power peak,making the advantages of cogeneration can not play.This paper summarizes the development and application status of domestic and foreign regional cooling,compares the difference of power plant output hot water driven absorption chiller cooling and electric refrigeration mode,and combined with the characteristics of distributed storage technology and distributed cooling methods,and analyzes the various forms of a cooling the primary energy utilization and energy conservation rate of comprehensive efficiency index,and economy.At the same time,the influence of cogeneration efficiency and heating efficiency on energy saving rate is studied.The influence of performance coefficient of refrigeration unit on energy saving rate of primary energy is studied.Taking an office district in Beijing as an example,this paper calculates the cold load index by using Dest-c simulation software.The economic comparison is made from two aspects of initial investment and operating cost.Finally,through the analysis of the heat loss of the heating network,the relationship between the central cooling area and the critical heat price is found out.
