Energy Efficiency Testing,Analysis And Comparison Of Refrigeration System Based On A Project

Air conditioning refrigeration system are diverse,each with its own characteristics.Among them,the highest energy efficiency system is conventional electric compression refrigeration system;When the using the "peak valley electric price",and the cooling load distribution and electricity price of correlation coefficient is larger,Cold storage refrigeration system economy will be the better choice [1];When have a plenty of waste heat,the characteristics of the lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system of cascade utilization of energy will play advantage,make it more competitive.Therefore,It worth to think about adopting exactly what kind of refrigeration form in the scheme selection phase.For existing buildings,we can test it to discover the problems in the operation of the system,and puts forward improvement scheme.For conventional electric compression refrigeration systems and lithium bromide absorption refrigeration systems,the main purpose of optimizing the system is to save energy,because energy saving is money saving.However,for the cold storage refrigeration system,is not the case.For cool storage systems,the sole purpose of optimising the system is to save operating energy costs.But according to the survey,the existing individual cold station shall practise a system of assessment of the "double the inspection ",that is the operation power consumption and the electricity shall not exceed the corresponding standards.To compare three refrigeration system of a project of energy efficiency and economy,based on the operating data,and to select respectively the energy efficiency better or economic better.The conclusion will play a certain reference role when choosing other new projects of the refrigeration system in the future.This article through making a energy efficiency test for one ice storage system of the three refrigeration system,and making optimization program of economy and energy efficiency for it.The economic plan is divided into two kinds: one is only in order to improve the operation efficiency for the purpose of plan;The other is to achieve "double examination" index for the purpose of optimization scheme.This paper will optimize scheme are summarized respectively,and the conclusion plays a certain guiding role to optimize to other existing buildings’ refrigeration system,Especially for the ice storage system which implements the "double the inspection".
