The transmission and distribution network is an important part of the regional energy supply system.This part not only has high initial investment and complex structure form,but also generates a large amount of energy dissipation in the process of energy transmission and distribution,which reduces the overall performance of the regional energy system.The optimization study of regional energy supply pipeline network can largely save investment and improve the effectiveness and reliability of system energy supply.Based on the purpose of optimizing the energy supply system of pipe network,this paper puts forward three evaluation indexes,i.e.entransy efficiency,initial investment of pipe material and reliability,for the effectiveness,economy and reliability of energy supply of pipe network.For the effectiveness of energy supply,this paper establishes the evaluation model of the entransy efficiency,analyzes from three aspects of heat exchange,mixing and transportation,and improves the entransy efficiency by changing the heat exchange and heat removal process.For economy,this paper compares and analyzes the pipeline network path optimized by ant colony algorithm and the pipe diameter obtained by hydraulic calculation,so as to reduce the initial investment.For the reliability of energy supply,when designing the interconnection complementary scheme,it’s better to choose the source station with the closest distance and the same capacity as the supporting station for each other,which can improve the reliability of energy supply of the pipe network.Combined with the theoretical research,this paper optimizes the design of the energy supply pipe network of an industrial park in Baoding City,in order to realize the high efficiency and energy saving of the regional energy system and its transmission and distribution pipe network.This paper has a directive sense for the regional energy heat transfer efficiency,the economic design of pipe network and the reliability analysis of energy supply.The data calculated in this paper can provide a reference for the optimization design of regional energy pipeline network.
