The smart meter is an intelligent electronic watch which improves and improves the function of the traditional electric meters. The "13th Five-Year" plan has a clear goal begin to build a strong smart grid suitable for China, and intelligent electric meter is one of the most important basic equipment for intelligent distribution network, which greatly promotes the rapid growth of the smart meters market. With the advent of smart meters, the new generation of electronic products has entered into people's life. The online smart meter of national is close to 500 million,so the reliability analysis of the smart meter is especially important.Whether the measurement error of the smart meter exceeds the standard range in the application,it is a great concern for people. The reliability and stability of the metering of the smart meter is a close concern of the two parties. On the basis of the previous research results on the reliability analysis of smart meters, the concept of temperature correction value is proposed in order to better and closer to the failure rate of the test smart meters. The effect is to improve the acceleration factor of the Peck multi stress model for the accelerated life test method of the smart electric meters. The accelerated life test added to the current and the voltage stress in five groups of high stresses of different temperatures and humidity recorded the time before the failure.Using the least square method to estimate the parameters of Weibull distribution with the highest fitting time before failure, and using the corrected acceleration factor, the normal use conditions of the smart meters can be derived. The failure time of the smart meters are predicted by the time before failure. In this paper,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on whether the deviation of measurement error in the smart meters used by the state meets the requirements. This paper studies the life reliability technology of smart meters.1.Based on the investigation and analysis of the reliability analysis of the smartmeters at home and abroad, the life and unreliability evaluation index is used to analyze the deviation of the measurement error within the service life of the smart meters. At the same time,in addition to the main analysis of measurement error, the other failure modes exposed during accelerated life test are also analyzed.2.The regression analysis is used to estimate the parameters of the Weibull distribution and multi stress model, and the improvement of the temperature correction value to the acceleration factor is increased, and the reliability analysis results of the smart electric meters are obtained more accurately. The life index of single-phase intelligent meter at present in domestic scientific research and production technology is analyzed.Based on the reliability analysis method of the intelligent meter proposed in this paper, the life index of the test data of the DDSY283 model intelligent meter is predicted and analyzed. The research results are supported by the national quality inspection center of the smart meters. As a supplement and data reference,it provides the basis for the power company to evaluate the life index of the intelligent meter.3.Using this paper to deduce the time test method of the smart meter under the condition of normal use and establish the life reliability analysis model under the working condition of the smart meters.According to the reliability index and function demand of the smart meters,it provides a certain evaluation basis for the power company to assess the reliability requirements of the supplier's smart meter. Moreover, the reliability of supplier's products can be improved based on the problems exposed by experiments.
