As social environment protection awareness improves,especially the concern of energy field pollution,the use of natural gas greatly increases.Government forwards concerning about people life,which makes national gas pipe work enhanced constantly and then the market of gas meter increase sharply.A variety of gas companies are based on such standards as security、reliable、highly smart and easy management,which gas meter manufactures move into a market selection of selecting the superior and eliminating the inferior.Recently,Chinese smart gas meter still mainly relies on film type form of measurement,and adds electric measurement device on this basis,which makes gas meter have the functionalities of measurement、switch valve、reading IC card information and liquid crystal states of gas usage.However,there are still unreliability on measurement、valve use and card-read,as well as inconvenience on gas company meter reading and customer recharging.For market need,this document mainly aims at developing a highly reliable and easy-use smart gas meter.This document focuses on the following tasks:First,we take single chip PIC24FJ128GA306 as the control unit of each control points to realize real-time control to the system and accomplish the system tasks such as GPRS data receiving and sending,temperature and pressure check,gas metering collection,and valve switch and so on.Second,by selecting proper GPRS module,we can realize real-time and bidirectional data transmission to make it self-calibration on line.Our customers can use the system or through Internet by APP to access and acquire the data of gas meter.Moreover,we can make temperature and pressure compensation within gas meter working range by checking gas temperature and pressure and employing test data,and then we can adjust gas volume and ensure accuracy of gas measurement.Also,through improved method of gas measurement,we can make sure the precision of gas measurement.Concerning valve actuating,we adopt integrated chip to ensure the reliability of valve actuating and the security of gas using.Thirdly,we classify GPRS communication module,temperature and pressure checking module,measurement module,power supply detection module,and valve module according to functionality base on the software design of functional modularization and design of low consumption.And at last we conduct integrating test by debugging to make easy maintenance.Last but not least,it requires that the products should be verified on the debugging of functionality use and performance environment.lt not only meets the demand of product functionalities and performance,but also improves the lifetime of the product.
