Nowadays,China's coastal cities are facing flood and waterlogging water shortages,especially of the old city of drainage is very old,the more concentrated rainfall in the time of poor drainage,residential area,the streets,as well as the primary and secondary trunk road traffic will form severe flooding,influence the normal life of urban residents.However,the construction of sponge city is also being vigorously promoted in our country.All major cities are pushing forward the construction of sponge city,and many large wetland parks are being implemented.However,on this basis,the problem of water logging in the community has not been alleviated.This paper will discuss how to integrate wetland park into urban interior,such as human cells,and make the concept of sponge city run through the whole city,especially the block of community.This paper will integrate the urban waterlogging condition the most concentrated area from,for the root cause analysis and based on the concept of "city" sponge combined with ecological characteristics of the wetland park under some solution Suggestions.In the area of Baima river,one of the most severely waterlogged areas,the relationship between rainfall,waterlogging and drainage was analyzed in the ecological environment.Mainly from the wetland park community,roof garden,road drainage three aspects to carry on the design,based on the concept of "city" sponge,alleviate waterlogging as the goal,improving urban community eventually form a city living environment for the sustainable development of ecological system.
