The functional definition of the automotive cooling system evolves from time to time,the technological routine progress continuously,and the performance requirements constantly upgrade.As a part of the cooling system,electronic fans in cars are increasingly intelligent.However,the ensuing problem is it's difficult to repair when the errors occur in fans.In order to meet the fan manufacturer's demand for automatic testing equipment,the development of electronic fan controller testing equipment is urgently needed.For now,instead of manual testing,automatic testing emerged as a major method to test.It can reduce labor costs and shorten the cycle of maintenance,improve inspection depth and efficiency,and enhance the reliability of the electronic fan controller.There are some problems in traditional detection methods,for example it's low detection efficiency and it is not suitable on the basis of the large-scale industrial production environment.According to existing problem,this thesis proposed an automatic detection system,which is established on the research content of automatic detection technology.Combined with a certain type of electronic fan controller,this system can test the fan controller over-voltage protection,blocking protection,over-temperature protection,and speed control function.After that,the protection mechanism of the controller itself and the triggering mechanism of the protection function are expounded,A set of simulation detection scheme is designed and the problems in the simulation detection scheme are analyzed in detail,such as the generation of PWM signal and the back EMF problem.Then,aiming at the problem of signal acquisition caused by back EMF.Starting from the design of the fan controller,the detailed analysis of the working principle of the electronic fan controller is put forward in the thesis and summarized the effect of back EMF in the fan controller.Finally,the back EMF generation circuit and the signal acquisition circuit are integrated into the simulation detection scheme,which solves the feasibility of the simulation detection scheme and make the simulation detection scheme work.Finally,according to the requirements of the technical specifications,the network function and label printing function are added,and a complete testing equipment is built for the electronic fan controller.The testing functions of the system are verified.The results show that this type of test system can achieve the desired design goals.
