With the rapid development of the automotive industry,domestic research institutions have been strengthening their independent research and development of automotive Electronic products,among which Electronic Control Unit(ECU)is the technical core of automotive Electronic products.People's requirements for automatization and intellectualization of automobile driving are constantly improving,and the functions of ECU are also becoming very complicated,which makes the detection and diagnosis of various functions more and more difficult.In the traditional ECU function testing,engineers manually test various signals and debug each functional pin of the ECU one by one,which not only increases the development and verification workload of the ECU,but also is not conducive to the quality testing of the later industrialization of the ECU and cannot guarantee that each ECU can flow into the market through stable quality testing.Based on this situation,it is of great practical significance to develop an operating system that can automatically detect the functions of ECU.This project originates from the state key laboratory of automotive safety and energy conservation of tsinghua university,and is part of the "key technical standards and verification of the intelligent manufacturing operation system of new energy vehicles" of the special fund for industrial transformation and upgrading(made in China 2025).According to the requirements of the project,it is necessary to develop a complete set of ECU automatic testing platform to realize the performance testing of each functional module of ECU and the quality testing after mass production of ECU.In this paper,LabVIEW software platform and data acquisition hardware platform as the development tool,first of all,the research group's independent research and development of the ECU principle analysis,according to the module signal output mode and load characteristics,complete the overall design of the test system;Secondly,the software and hardware design of the detection platform is completed.The hardware part includes the selection,design and debugging of the simulator,sensor,data acquisition card,CAN adapter and conditioning circuit.At the same time of building the hardware system,the development of test program software was implemented in parallel.Based on the design idea of LabVIEW software modularization,pattern matching,code burning and function module detection software were completed.Finally,the actual ECU controller is used as the test object to verify the functions of the detection platform.The results show that the calculation method adopted in this paper,the test scheme are in line with the requirements of the system,the realization of the basic functions is also expected,can quickly and accurately detect whether the function of each module is abnormal.This platform overcomes the disadvantages of traditional detection methods,avoids dangerous working conditions and damages caused by manual detection errors,effectively shortens the ECU detection cycle,and provides a practical software and hardware detection platform for the development and industrialization detection of automotive electronic control unit ECU.
