The incidence of jaundice in newborns is up to 75%,If not treat in time,it can cause brain damage to the newborns and cause serious consequences.Phototherapy has proven to be the safest and most effective method with low side effects,painless and non-invasive treatment.As a kind of cold light source,LED light source has the advantages of high security,low power consumption and high efficiency.It is often used in the light therapy system in recent years.Based on the current status of phototherapy instrument,a new type of LED light source blue-green jaundice phototherapy instrument is proposed.According to the national safety standard for neonatal jaundice treatment,to design jaundice treatment system with LED light source.In the design process,combined with the synthesis rate of human lumirubin,considering the absorption of light from epidermis and dermis,we determined the best light source spectrum for the treatment of jaundice,The range of peak wavelengths is 486nm.Matching with the target spectrum is done by spectral matching algorithm.The main wavelength of the blue and green light LED is 477nm and 510nm,the proportion of blue light is 0.6,the proportion of green light is 0.4,and the LED array is designed on the basis of these parameters.In order to improve the uniformity of the surface,we designed Free-form lens and Finel lens,using optical simulation software Tracepro to simulate ray tracing,the uniformity of light is over 90%.We use STM32F1RCT6 chip to control the phototherapy process,and human-computer interaction module with the LCD to monitor the treatment process.Human-computer interaction interface is built by EmWin.We build a jaundice phototherapy machines with LED light source in accordance with the above design and test the light irradiance of the light spots.The system implements a more favorable characteristics which spot area is300mm×500mm,The light irradiance is 31.5?W/cm/nm,and the uniformity of light is 86%.BP 1361 is designed as the core of the constant current driver module,Its output current is stable at 700mA,efficiency is greater than 80%.The test results showed that the system has reached the design requirements.Compared with the traditional jaundice phototherapy system,the system designed in this paper has high security,more convenient operation and more functions.It is worth popularizing.
