With the application technology of harmonic reducer more mature,its application field is more and more widely.With the expansion of the application field,leading to the mass production of harmonic reducer,the harmonic reducer of production needs to be tested before it can be put into use,so it is necessary to detect the transmission performance of harmonic reducer.However,at present,the various performance detection of harmonic reducer is the manual detection or use of the instrument to detect one of its performance,or can realize the harmonic reducer one or more performance of the automatic test device,there is no high precision automatic test platform for the performance indicators of harmonic reducer.This paper aims to study a device which can test the no-load running,load,overload,transmission efficiency,starting torque,torsional stiffness,empty range,back clearance,transmission precision and life of harmonic reducer.Firstly,the working principle and structure of the wave reducer are introduced,and the small harmonic reducer,which is composed of industrial control computer,motion control card,counting card,encoder,servo drive motor,torque sensor,angle encoder,magnetic powder brake and other instruments,is set up.According to the characteristics of the harmonic reducer testing platform and the method of data acquisition and transmission,the test error of the system and the influence of various error sources on the experimental results are analyzed.through the PID controller,a closed-loop feedback control is realized through the connection of ad converter and magnetic powder brake,and the test precision is improved.The research and analysis of the servo control system,dynamic link library,motion control card,VC + + serial communication technology,etc.,developed the intelligent test control platform based on VC 6.0 with good man-machine interface.
