| The 5M factor method is also called fish-bone diagram.It is characterized by its simplicity,practicability and insight into the essential causes of objects.We analyzed the problems in the process of equipment management by using the 5M factor method,and then gradually solved these problems with the related tools of lean production.This can give full play to the advantages of two management methods,so as to facilitate more systematic analysis and solving problems.Combined with the production management of TFA3 P,this paper studies how to utilize the various tools of lean production to improve the stability of production process,reduce rework rate the failure rate.First,the paper studies the present conditions of painting workshop,and points out the problem: high rework rate,high failure rate,and further analyzes the reason of high rework rate is due to the unstable process.Then,by using the tools of lean production,such as 5S,visual management,improvement team and rationalization proposal system,combining with a large number of actual cases,the paper studies how to improve the production stability of painting shop.This paper also combines the progress of science and technology and the popularity of communication software,such as WeChat,to introduce some new model of visual board.The 5M factor method is applied to the equipment management in the paper.And the paper analysis of the full range of equipment management activities from "Man,Machine,Material,Method and Milieu".Then,the paper using the lean production theory to solve these problems,and the 5M factor method is proved by practice... |
