Straw returning can not only solve air pollution and traffic problems caused by the burning of straw, and can improve soil structure, reduce the amount of fertilizer. Mechanization of straw in China's rural areas by the plough for the process of tillage depth is less than 12cm, and a large number of previous crop straw buried in less than 12 cm in the soil, resulting a high proportion straw in soil tillage layer. This will cause imbalance of the surface soil grass, leading to soil suspension, caused the next season's crop seed sowing depth effects on seed germination, growth, resulting in a large number of crop production reducing.Therefore, it is urgent need to design a suitable for working under wheat rice rotation system in the deep tillage straw returning tillage machinery matched with big horsepower tractor.In this paper, referencing to existing biaxial rotary cultivator, a two-axis rotary cultivator doping layered soil cut rotary tillage technology is designed suitable for straw returning with rotary cultivator, namely the new 1GKM-200 type biaxial layered soil cutting rotary cultivator. The machine adopts the biaxial layered soil cutting principle, successfully solved the two-axis rotary cultivator rotary knife shaft is difficult to the grave, rotary tillage power consumption and low efficiency of rotary tillage, implements the knife shaft in the knife shaft after tillage depth on the basis of agriculture to increase the purpose of the tillage depth again. Overall machine using three-point suspension and tractor hitch, mainly by the frame parts, suspension parts, middle transmission box parts, the left and right side box parts, and rotary knife shaft parts before and after, around the shaft parts, components, such as dynamic input shaft parts. It can complete the straw returning, large depth, smoothness and other processes one time and not only improve the work efficiency, also significantly reduces the energy consumption.This paper focuses on the spatial arrangement of the biaxial structure is designed,two rotary blade axis is dislocated arrangement to achieve the above 20cm depth; rotary parts of the cultivator are optimized design, IT225 rotary blade is selected rotary blade, finding it is effect that the shaft is rotating and the speed is 240r/min; rotary blade axis stress model is built, and the force of shaft is analyzed, the radius of shaft are optimized relying on the theory of reliability; arrangement of the tool apron is optimized, the condition of machine's soil and grass winding is improved, vibration and impact are reduced, and lifetime of the driving medium is prolonged.In this paper, the line of the equipment's power transmission is optimized, and transmission ratio at all levels are assigned reasonably; every transmission component is designed, and intermediate gear box parts are checked; the structure model is established using CATIA; the frame of the equipment is analyzed using ANAYS Workbench, and analysis shows that the rotary frequency is far away from its 15 order natural frequency, showed that the frame is not damaged due to resonance.The field performance tests of the prototype are done, the tests show that the machine has good stability and traffic ability and the operation effect is good, the performance indicators are in line with national standards, the average tillage depth is 20.76 cm, much higher than the national standard 8cm requirements.
