Lately, in order to achieve the effections of full field straw mulching, the present situations of the agricultural machineries demand more deep tillage, especially on rotary cultivators. To make up the existing shortage of deep plowing tillage technology, in recent years, biaxial rotary cultivators which can cut two times by different soil layers were designed and made by researchers. It is a kind of large-depth rotary tillage machinery which can achieve the effections of full field straw mulching. With its excellent straw mulch, soil crushing performance, it is very popular. Some situations about the layered structure, transmission characteristics and working environment on the biaxial layered cutting rotary tiller directly lead to the high failure rates. The most obvious feature is the change of power or torque on the transmission apparatus. The Real-time detection of torque can show the running state of the biaxial layered cutting rotary tiller, and know its performance and fault conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to achieve the detection of torque. The intention of this paper is to explore the torque online detection system which is suitable for the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator, from biaxial layer cutting rotary cultivator transmission mode and existing torque online measurement techniques two aspects.First, basing on the structure and the power transmission of the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator, the torque test model of the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator was established, and two cases that the rotation to the same and the rotation to the contrary about the front and back cutter shafts were analyzed and discussed in order to better study the diagnosis of its failure to do a good job in theoretical preparation.Second, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing torque test system on the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator, a technical solution was proposed which could be suitable for the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator online detection, meanwhile, the key technologies were analyzed, and the strain gauge torque measuring principle and ZigBee technology were introduced in detail.Third, basing on the ZigBee technology, a wireless sensor network monitoring system based on CC2530 MCU was designed in this paper, and an algorithm to lay the foundation for diagnosis and fault prediction of biaxial layer cutting rotary cultivator also were researched. There are the following contents in this paper:hardware aspect, basing on the wireless sensor networking technology, combining sensor technology and sensor measurement technology, the hardware circuit design of data acquisition node, routing node and coordinator node were designed; software aspect, the software design of the communication network, data acquisition, wireless network data transmission and communication, and the terminal interface of the monitoring system were completed; in addition, some function approximation experiments of proposed optimization algorithm were carried out by several complex nonlinear functions under the use of Matlab which was used to write programs and simulation, comparing the performance of the traditional algorithm and the optimization algorithm, the superiority and feasibility of the algorithm was proved.Finally, the torque test model of the transmission system of the biaxial layered cutting rotary cultivator were tested by some torque detecting devices. Test results show that the model was reasonable.
