Greenhouse clusters' controlling is a way of modern greenhouse development that use scientific production and management mode to achieve an efficient and sustainable development.Facing the changeable natural climate,characteristics of crop life activities,building a greenhouse clusters' control platform is necessary.According to the growth habits and market demands of crop production,Greenhouse clusters' control platform can help crops partially or completely get rid of the binding of natural environment.It can create a best environment which is conducive to crop growth.As a result,it may help produce the products of high quality,meet the needs of the market.And the platform is very good with the production efficiency and cost,it may ensure the sustainable and expandable of production.Greenhouse is perennial in hot and humid environment,the application of fertilizer will also affect the soil or air in the pH.It is difficult to set the layout of sensor network.The application of wireless sensor networks can reduce the damage of the special climate of greenhouse environment on the sensors and the circuits,reduce maintenance cost,and simplify the sensor's adding work.This paper studies the building of the greenhouse clusters' control platform for Suzhou YUTING agricultural Modernization Industrial park.We get the data of environmental factors through the wireless sensor network that is set in the greenhouse clusters.Storing and processing of data makes it easily for park users to view the changes of the data.And users can make an effective management of greenhouse environment through a variety of control mode.Last but not least,park's administrator can manage the platform through the backstage,like adjusting the specific strategy of control mode.Among them,data monitoring module is the basic construction of the platform.It uses wireless sensor network which follows ZigBee protocol to automatic collect environment factor's data in the greenhouse.Then sent it to the server and store the data in the database.This module provides convenient query service for users of real-time query,history query and curve query.The intelligent control module is the key construction of the platform,including expert control,timing control and manual control.In the process of controlling greenhouse actuators,the user can choose different control methods,or through the expert decision-making information,or according to their habits and experience of setting up greenhouse actuator timing enabled program,or directly through the actuators switch button,to open/close the actuators.The three controlling modes provide various and effective greenhouse control.Backstage management module supports the platform well.The administrator is authorized to be responsible for management of the platform,including modifying and saving environmental factors' threshold values,and the greenhouse actuators' on/off strategy.It provides a flexible and effective way for users to adjust the management,making the platform operation fit the actual situation of the park.In the process of design and implementation of the platform,we use different technology to meet the actual demands and production characteristics of the park.We hope to build a platform that can satisfy the actual production process.Also it has good application value.
