In the process of medicinal plants cultivation,fertilization is a necessary link.At present,the research on fertilization of Salvia miltiorrhiza only stayed in the stage of yield or quality study,and almost few studies can took them into account.Moreover,most of the test sites were selected in the field environment.In this paper,the effects of the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhizaBge plants on the yield and quality were studied.In this study,three aspects of systematic research were carried out around the core:three aspects of systematic research were carried out In the potted conditions:?1?The effects of different concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus on the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bgeplant;?2?The effects of different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth and dry matter accumulation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge;?3?The effects of different concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus on the active constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.The results of the research were summarized as below:1.The appropriate nitrogen and phosphorus concentration promoted the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was significantly correlated with the dry matter accumulation of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Through the dynamic sampling observation we found that the N3 treatment could promote the absorption of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant through each growth period to a certain degree.The P1 treatment promoted the absorption of nitrogen in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant most.The P2 treatment promoted the absorption of phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant most.The absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant showed an upward trend before September 30th,and then declined,finally in the harvest had a slight rebound.There was a strong correlation between nitrogen and phosphorus absorption and dry matter accumulation at different growth stages.The absorption of potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant decreased after August 15th,and then recovered slightly in the harvest.Around August 15th,the correlation between the absorption of potassium and the dry matter accumulation was the strongest?r = 0.9732?,and the correlation of them was weak in other growth periods.In the whole growth period,the relationship between the absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant was nitrogen>potassium>phosphorus.2.The proportion of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium absorbed by Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge was different in the aboveground part and root part of the plant.Before October 20th the absorption of nitrogen phosphorus and potassium in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant was mainly stayed inthe aboveground part,and the content is greater than the underground parts.After October 20th the content transfered to the underground quickly,and the transfer speed was:N>P>K.The nitrogen content of the underground part in the harvest period was greater than the content of the aboveground part in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plant.The phosphorus content of the underground part in the harvest period was almost equal to the content of the aboveground part.Throughout the livespan the content of potassium in aboveground part was always greater than the underground part.3.The ratios of nitrogen and phosphorus that were beneficial to the content of salvianolic acids and tanshinones to reach the highest point of the whole lifespan or the amount accumulated in the plant of them the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus were different.N2P3 treatment promoted the salvianolic acids content to the highest point of the lifespan in early July.N1P2 treatment promoted tanshinones content to the highest point of the lifespan in mid-August.N1P1 treatment cloud promote salvianolic acid B,tanshinone A and tanshinone I contents to the highest point of the lifespan in mid-August and the rosmarinic acid content of N1P1 treatment was highest in all treatments at this time.Taking the main bioactive components and yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge plantinto consideration,we found that N1P1 was suitable for the accumulation of salvianolic acids,and N1P2 was suitable for the accumulation of tanshinones,and N1P1 was both good to the accumulation of salvianolic acids and tanshinones.This result was consistent with the ratios of nitrogen and phosphorus that were beneficial to the content of salvianolic acids and tanshinones to reach to the highest point of the whole lifespan.
