The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine depends on the stability of the quality of Chinese herbal,And the normality of fertilization can control the content of active ingredients of Chinese herbal to a great extent.It is important to understand the effect of N,P and K on the growth,the content of active components and the nutrient uptake of Astragalus.The study was designed using the "3414" test,the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the growth,the content of active components and the nutrient uptake of Astragalus were studied from the following two aspects.On the one hand,the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium uptake and the effects of N,P and K on nutrient uptake,accumulation and distribution of Astragalus were studied by pot experiment with no-nutrient matrix test.On the other hand,the effects of N,P and K on the growth and active components of Astragalus were investigated by pot and field experiment.The main research result are as follows:1?The appropriate amount and proportion of N,P and K can promote the growth of Astragalus and improve the yield of herbsIn the pot experiment,N1P2K1 had a good effect on the growth of Astragalus.In the early growth of astragalus,N2P1K1 as base fertilizer can promote the growth of Astragalus.In the middle of August,N1P2K1 can promote the increase in dry weight of Astragalus root.By regression analysis,the optimum concentrations of N,P and K fertilizers were 0.254,0.165 and 0.261 g · L-1 respectively.In the field experiment,N1P2K2 can promote the growth of Astragalus root and increase production in Zhenglan Banner test area.The optimum application amount of N,P and K were 7.89,9.91and 6.5 g·m2.N2P2K0 had a better effect on the root growth and yield of Astragalus in the Duolun test area.The optimum application amount of phosphorus and potassium were 9.42,12.0 and 0 g·m2.N2P2K2 had a better effect on the root growth and yield of Astragalus in the Weichang test area.The optimum application amount of phosphorus and potassium were 7.06,13.33 and 8.98 g·m2.2.The combination of N,P and K had significant effect on the active ingredient content and yield of AstragalusUnder the conditions of pot experiment,the contents of calycosin-7-O-?-D-glycoside,Calycosin and total flavonoids were higher in treatment of N2P0K2 and N0P0K0.but the yield per plant is low.The treatment of N1P2K1 calycosin-7-O-?-D-glycoside,Fomononetin-7-O-glucoside and total flavonoids yield the highest.The content of Astragalus polysaccharide and the total polysaccharide yield of N1P2K1 were the highest.The treatment N2P3K2 and N1P2K1 of Astragaloside content and yield are higher.Comprehensive analysis,Effects of different concentrations of N,P and K on the yield of total flavonoids,Astragaloside and total polysaccharides of Astragalus,the effect of N1P2K1 on the accumulation of active ingredients of Astragalus was better.Under field conditions,the effects of N,P and K Fertilizers on the Content of Active Constituents of Astragalus in Different Test Conditions.The highest content of calycosin-7-O-?-D-glycoside,Fomononetin-7-O-glucoside was 0.83,0.25 mg·g-1 respectively treated with N2P2K2,in the Zhenglan Banner test area.The content of Astragaloside up to 1.25 mg·g-1 was treated with N1PiK2.The total polysaccharide content of N2P1K2 was as high as 192.75 mg·g-1.In the Duolun test area,the content of calycosin-7-O-?-D-glycoside,Fomononetin-7-O-glucoside was 0.261,0.36 mg·g-1,respectively treated with N2P3K2.The content of Astragaloside up to 1.74,1.71 mg·g-1,with the N2P2K2,N2P3K2 treatments.The Astragalus polysaccharide content of N3P2K2 treated was up to 316.03 mg·g-1.In the Weichang test area,the content of calycosin-7-O-?-D-glycoside,Fomononetin-7-O-glucoside was 0.61,0.27 mg· g-1.The content of Astragaloside was 1.26,1.23 mg·g-1,with the N2P2K2,N2P2K0 treatments.The Astragalus polysaccharide content of N1P2K1 treated was up to 289.74 mg·g-1.3.Reveal the law of nutrient absorption,accumulation and distribution of AstragalusBefore and after July 1,the nutrient uptake of N,P,K in the aboveground of Astragalus was N>P>K.In the later stage,the nutrient uptake of N,P and K elements in aboveground of Astragalus was K>N>P.With the growth of Astragalus,the absorption of N,P and K in roots of Astragalus increased gradually,and reached the maximum,before and after November 17th.In the different growth period of Astragalus,K is mainly distributed in the aerial part of astragalus October 1.N and P elements are also mainly distributed on the ground before October 1.Before October 1,the nutrients absorbed of Astragalus roots mainly distributed on the ground,to ensure that the photosynthesis of aboveground parts produced more compounds and promote the growth of root of Astragalus root.N2 and N3 have a better effect on the increase of N content and uptake in aerial parts of Astragalus.Before 1 October,N1 had a better effect on the nitrogen uptake of Astragalus root.In the later stage,the nitrogen uptake increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration.The phosphorus content and uptake of a Astragalus aboveground and root increased with the increase of phosphorus concentration.The potassium uptake of Astragalus on the ground part increased with the increase of phosphorus and potassium.
