In China, excessive agricultural chemical fertilizers application not only leads to changes in soil compaction and soil microflora, but also brings about food safety problems,as well as environmental pollution and economic losses.Biological bacterial fertilizer can provide nutrition for crops and regulate crop growth through the specific role of microorganisms. As a beneficial supplement for chemical fertilizers, biological bacterial fertilizers have achieved wide application. In this study, field trials and laboratory simulations were used to explore the effects of biological bacterial fertilizers on corn-related agronomic traits and the growth of seedlings,in order to screen out beneficial biological bacterial fertilizers and provide a theoretical basis for achieving stable yields and high yields of maize..The results of this paper are as follows:1.Effect of biological bacterial fertilizer on agronomic traits related to maize yieldBiological bacterial fertilizer can significantly reduce the moisture content of corn grain during mature period and promote early maturity of corn.Under the conditions of early sowing, biological bacterial fertilizer was applied, and the grain moisture content was relatively low.The excellent Fanghe and Zhongbang showed outstanding performance, which increased by 2.72% and 2% respectively compared with the control.Application of the original place, excellent prescriptions, and root bacteria to enhance resistance to corn leaf spot disease.Biological bacterial fertilizer can increase the plant height of corn, and early sowing of corn plants is shorter. The 100-grain weight, grain width, and spike length are superior to the rest of the treatments.Early sowing application of biological bacterial fertilizer can reduce the lodging rate and increase the yield. The yields of the original place and the place of production are increased by 14.16% and 11.77% compared with the control, and the lodging rate is reduced by 20% and 18% compared with the control.Under proper sowing conditions, the best yield of the land was the highest, which was 10% higher than the control.2.Effect of biological bacterial fertilizer on the growth of corn seedlingsThe soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of the seedlings were significantly increased at the low temperature of germinating treatment, which enhanced the resistance to low temperature.Among them, the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein was higher in the seedlings and root rot seedlings after treatment under low temperature stress. The soluble sugar content of root bacteria and roots were increased by 0.16% and 0.2% respectively compared with the control. The soluble protein content was increased by 56.3% and 55.2% compared with the control.Seeds with coats promoted the growth of seedling root and shoot tissues. The effect of several biological bacterial fertilizers on shoot growth was greater than on roots.3.Effect of leaf regulators on maize yield and related agronomic traitsSpraying foliar conditioners at jointing stage of corn will have a greater impact on corn-related agronomic traits. Both “AiZhuangFeng” and “Plant Gold” leaf regulators have an impact on corn yield and plant height."AiZhuangFeng" made the yields of "Jiansheng 399" and "Jinsui 8355" decreased by 11.4% and 14.7%,respectively,and dwarfed the plants by 11.3% and 7%.Applying “plant gold” alone will increase corn plant growth and increase production by 12.5% and 9.5%.
