| Objective:Observed the different categories blood cell counts in the peripheral blood when patients with primary liver cancer in their first diagnosed and studied its correlation with the short-term prognosis of them。Analysed the clinical features of primary liver cancer in different stages and dynamic observed the short-term efficacy of early and mid term liver cancer with Fu Z’heng jie Du recipe jointly liver via the hepatic artery chemoembolization (TACE) treatment based on the core pathogenesis of liver cancer。Methods:1. Collected hospitalized patients with primary liver cancer in Beijing Ditan Hospital during September2009-September2011, screened111patients who have full blood cell analysis of test results when first diagnosed and have a clear prognosis after treatment for six months and collected their clinical data conducted a retrospective study.2. Prospectively investigated inpatient cases of parly and mid term Primary hepatic carcinoma in Beijing Ditan Hospital during June2010-’December2011,70patients of which met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were included observation, divided into treatment group and control group,37cases in treatment group with combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment and33cases in control group with only Western medicine treatment. Dynamic observed the tumor changes, liver and kidney functions, bloods, TCM syndromes, quality of life scores and so on of two groups of patients within six months Using SPSS16.0for statistical analysis.Results:1. At first diagnosed, I, II and III phases of patients with primary liver cancer with serum WBC, NE, MO, RBC count comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). between the groups of I and III, II and III with serum WBC, NE, MO count comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); however, between the groups of I and II with scrum WBC, NE, MO count comparison, the difference was no significant (P>0.05). Between the groups of I and III, I and II with scrum RBC count comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); but between the groups of II and III with serum RBC count comparison, which have no significant differences (P>0.05). By Single factor logistic regression analysis, the correlation between the serum WBC, NE, MO when first diagnosed and the patients six months prognosis was very significant (P<0.05); By Multi-factor logistic regression analysis, the correlation of NE was the most obvious (P<0.05).2. At baseline, two groups of serum ALT, GGT, GLO, WBC, PLT, ALB, DBIL, AFP, AFU, ADA, as well as the quality of life score comparisons, which have no significant differences (P>0.05); When2w after the first TACE in two groups of patients with serum ALT, GGT, GLO level comparisons, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);12w after the first TACE, two groups of patients with serum the AFP, AFU, as well as the quality of life score comparisons, the differences were statistically significapt (P<0.05);12w after the first TACE, two groups of patients with serum ALB, AFP, AFU, ADA, as well as the quality of life score differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During the follow-up24w, two groups of patients with the number of TACE comparisons, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the mortality of the Chinese and Western medicine group lower than the Western group.Conclusion:1. At first diagnosed, WBC, NE, MO counts in the peripheral blood of patients with primary liver cancer, especially NE count have a obvious correlation with the six months prognosis of them.2. Fu Zheng jie Du recipe can mitigated the damage of the liver function and promote the earlier recovery of liver function; Adhere to the full course of taking Fu Zheng jie Du recipe which can have a good effect for the lasting stability of the liver function and improving of patients quality of life. In addition, Fu Zheng jie Du recipe can extend the interval period of patients with TACE, reduce the number of TACE. |
