Clinical Observation Of Zheng's Shuhuo Tincture Combined With Zheng's Manipulation In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: to observe the use of Zheng's tincture of the control group and the technique of joint of Zheng's tincture in the treatment of neck type of cervical spondylopathy of qi and blood stasis syndrome group the curative effect of contrast,explore the new way of family massage therapy.Methods: 46 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 23 cases and control group.Control group use the Zheng's shu live tincture in patients on Neck on the surface with the method makes the skin glow treatment,treatment group was treated with joint of Zheng's shu live tincture technique and qi stagnation blood stasis Neck type of cervical spondylosis,before and after treatment and follow-up of 2 groups of patients with visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical dysfunction Index scale(Neck Disability Index,NDI),cervical spondylosis function evaluation form(ASCS)score,and evaluation of treatment after 30 days in the case of two groups of clinical curative effect.Results :(1)after 30 days of treatment,the cure rate and overall clinical efficacy of the experimental group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);During the follow-up period,the total effective rate of the control group decreased,while the total effective rate of the experimental group showed no significant decrease.(2)for 30 days,the VAS pain score and NDI score of both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).After 3 months of follow-up,the improvement of the experimental group was also superior to the control group(P<0.01).(3)in the course of this study,there was no adverse reaction of neck pain,dizziness,vomiting,chest tightness,etc.Conclusion: Zheng's tincture joint of Zheng's technique and live with the Zheng's tincture treatment all can improve the neck type of cervical spondylopathy of qi and blood stasis syndrome of symptoms and signs,but with the Zheng's live tincture of joint of Zheng's in the treatment of the curative effect of treatment group is more obvious and more durable.
