| Purpose:cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury as a clinical common disease,frequently-occurring disease, its morbidity and mortality is higher, has a serious threat to life and health of patients. In recent years the clinical study of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, its mechanism and protection research more and more cause the attention of clinical,in recent years, acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury is gradually been recognized clinical, and obtained ideal effect, this article through the analysis of acupuncture treatment on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of neurons after effects, aims to provide reference for clinical treatment of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.Material and method:select 90 grade clean only adult male SD rats, were randomly divided into control group, model group and acupuncture treatment group, with reference to Zea- Longa of ischemia reperfusion model rats, prepared by the acupuncture treatment group find for temporal front slash top, top after temporal slash, best can, foot three mile,among, closed in, li 11, using dilatational wave stimulate, stimulate the 30 minutes at a time. Ischemia reperfusion after 2 hours to take the first treatment, the time interval for 12 hours. Control group and model group only fetching and fixed in the same way, but don't take the treatment. Light and electron microscopy observed the pathological morphological changes between groups of rats, and for patients with nerve function defect score evaluation, application of tar purple staining the scope and degree of brain injury, the use of image analysis and processing system for determination of lateral ischemic infarction area,and the calculation method of western blot analysis of ischemia area, the effects of VEGF protein in situ end labeling method to observe apoptosis situation, all the results using SPSS 14.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Control the cells are arranged neatly, without edema and inflammatory cell infiltration; Model group: ischemic necrosis area structure is loose, disordered arrangement of cells,interstitial edema and a large number of cell necrosis, nucleoli disappear; Acupuncturetreatment group: ischemic necrosis area porous structure were compared with control group,compared with model group, cell arrangement more rules, interstitial edema, necrotic cells decreased significantly. 2.Rats after cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, and neurologic signs damage score lower; Acupuncture treatment group of neurologic signs damage score significantly lower than that of model group(P < 0.05); 3.Control brain tissue staining is bright red, not white short of infarction area; Model group most visible side brain areas to white infarction area; Acupuncture treatment group with only a small area with a white side of the brain tissue, compared with model group, ischemic infarction range decreased significantly(P < 0.05); 4.Control rats VEGF almost no expression, compared with model group, acupuncture group and VEGF expression obviously increased(P < 0.05); 5.Compared with model group, acupuncture group and brain tissue Bcl- 2 antiapoptotic proteins in higher level obviously, promoting apoptosis proteins Bax levels significantly decreased(P < 0.05)Conclusion:1. acupuncture treatment can increase VEGF protein expression 2.regulating Bax and Bcl- 2 apoptosis related gene, effectively reduce ischemic pathological morphology damage, reduce infarct size, play a role of brain protection. |
