Objective: To observe the changes on menstruation, syndrome, endometrium, blood flow of uterine spiral artery and IUA score, after applying Tiaomo Decoction combined with estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy to the patients who have taken the transcervical resection of adhesion(TCRA) due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis. So that to study the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) on endometrium regeneration. Methods: 60 patients diagnosed mild to moderate IUA were treated with TCRA and placed the Foley balloon in uterus. The cases were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The experimental group were treated with Tiaomo Decoction combined with estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy. The other were treated with only the sequential therapy. Then observe the changes on menstruation, syndrome, endometrium, blood flow of uterine spiral artery and IUA level under hysteroscope after three menstrual cycles. Results: Compared with the control group, comprehensive curative effect, curative effect and integral of TCM syndrome, menstrual blood volume, color and quality of the experimental group is better changed(P<0.05); Improvement of endometrial thickness is no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);Uterine spiral artery RI levels of experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Decrease of PI levels were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05); IUA score decreased more in experimental group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Changes on TCM syndrome, menstruation, uterine spiral artery, adhesion after treatment via TCM combined with estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy is better than the single sequential therapy. But there is no significant difference on the improvement of endometrial thickness and uterine spiral artery PI between two groups.
