Clinical Research Of TCM Therapy Of Tonifying Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis Combined With Estrogen-progesterone Sequential Therapy On Postoperative Endometrial Effects Caused By Intrauterine Adhesions

Objective:Through clinical research,observe the influence of TCM therapy of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with Estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy on the recovery of menstruation,improvement of the TCM syndromes, the thickness of endometrium and blood flow of uterine artery of postoperative patients caused by intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Then discuss its clinical therapeutic effects and its influence on endometrium of postoperative patients caused by IUA.Methods:60patients of hysteroscopic diagnosis of mild to moderate, were treated with transcervical resection of adhesions(TCRA) and placed intrauterine device(IUD).Then these patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with30cases in each group, the treatment group were treated with TCM therapy of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with progynova and climen, the control group were treated with progynova and climen. To observe the recovery of menstruation, improvement of the TCM Syndromes, the thickness of endometrium, blood flow of uterine artery and IUA degree after three menstrual cycles.Results:After the treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was90%, the control group was70%, the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group on the menstrual volume,one menstrual period and color quality were90%,80%,86.67%respectively,significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),and the improvement of the TCM Syndromes of the treatment group was also better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness of two groups of patients were all increased than before,the uterine artery blood flow RI level and hysteroscopic scores were all lower than before, but there were no significant differences between the two groups. While both of the PI level didn’t change after treatment (P>0.05)Conclusion:TCM therapy of Tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis combined with Estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy can significantly improve the menstruation and TCM syndromes, and the effect is better than the control group.After treatment,the endometrial thickness of two groups of patients were all increased than before,the uterine artery blood flow RI level were all lower than before,the mechanism may possibly be promoting endometrium’s repair,improving the uterine blood flow perfusion.
