Clinical Observation Of Bushen Shugan Decoction Combined With Liweiai In Treating Peri-menopausal Syndrome With Kidney-Yin-Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective Clinical observation of Bushen Shugeng Decoction with Livial in treating Perimenopausal Syndrome of Kidney Yin and Yang deficiency Syndrome, and provide the basis for clinical Application.Materials and Methods In this study, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Medical University obstetrics and gynecology clinic conducted, Case Acquisition Time :February 4, 2015-December 4,2015, included 62 cases meet the viewing conditions Perimenopausal Syndrome of Kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome.Using a randomized, single-blind, parallel-group positive drug design methods, 2 cases were shed among them and 60 cases were effective, 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. Before treatment course, there was no significant difference in age, condition and disease degree of the subjects.The treatment group were given Bushen Shugeng soup with Livial,Bushen Shugeng soup daily a agent, water to cook 400 ml, sooner or later, two times to take lukewarm, 200 ml each time,Even serving 7days for a cycle(taking the Livial first day to begin serving), With Livial Once a day,a slice every time, Even serving 28 days for a cycle, 3 consecutive cycles for a course of treatment.The control group were given Livial, Once a day,a slice every time, Even serving 28 days for a cycle, 3 consecutive cycles for a course of treatment. Observing two groups of clinical curative effect,symptom score, sex hormone level changes, safety index changes before and after treatment,and the medication in the no adverse reactions were observed.Results 2 cases were cured after treatment in the treatment group, 7cases were markedly effective, 19 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 93.33%; The control group of 2cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, 21 cases effective, 4cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.67%, there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05). Before treatment, the clinical symptom score, the total score of TCM symptoms comparison, There were no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),they were comparable. After treatment, the clinical symptom score of two groups,the total score of TCM symptoms,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. After treatment,the comparison of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,in the aspect of improving symptoms like hot night sweats, cold pain waist, fits and starts, aversion to cold, vaginal dryness and insomnia,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group, the differences of other symptoms were not obvious.Before treatment,The difference of the two groups of the serum E2 and FSH value was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups were comparable;After treatment, the treatment group and control group of the serum E2 level was slightly increased, the level of FSH was slightly reduced,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P>0.05), which showed that the treatment group and the control group could not effectively improve the serum sex hormone levels.. Adverse reaction in the treatment group was 6.67%,compared to the control group, the adverse reaction rate is 33.33%,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), that the treatment group compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events was low, indicating that the safety property of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion That Bushen Shugeng decoction with Livial and Livial purely in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome curative effect to be equal. After treatment,the comparison of single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,in the aspect of improving symptoms like hot night sweats, cold pain waist, fits and starts, aversion to cold, vaginal dryness and insomnia,the treatment group was better than the control group.Both of the two groups can not effectively improve the serum sex hormone level.Bushen Shugeng decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome patients with less adverse reaction, it is worth further study and promotion.
