Study On The Effect Of Bushen Yanjing Decoction On Sperm Motility Of Asthenospermia Syndrome With Deficiency Of Kidney Yang

Objective: observe the clinical effect of Bushen-yanjing decoction in the treatment of Asthenozoospermia with deficiency of kidney-yang.Methods:Collected 64 cases of patients with Asthenozoospermia with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome who were treated in the outpatient department of our male department from January 2019 to October 2019.According to thepatients' voluntariness they were divided into two groups: 32 cases in the observation group received Bushenyanjing decoction,the treatment group of 32 patients were given Longlu capsule,and the two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of PR,total vitality,serum testosterone,TCM syndrome score in two groups before and aftertreatment were analyzed.Patients were followed up during medication and 3-6 months after treatment and their partner's pregnancy was recorded.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0.The measurement data which conforms to the normal distribution,and the independent sample t test is used,and the non-paramet test is used for the non-normal distribution.Choose ?2 test or rank sum test for classification data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.General data:There is no significant difference in the geneneral data of the two groups of patients before treatment,suchas age,course of disease(P>0.05),and they are allcomparable.2.PR and total vitality:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the percentage of forward motor and total sperm between the two groupsof patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the PR and total vitality of both groups increased(P<0.01),and the treatment group increased significantly Higher than the control group(P<0.01).3.Serum testosterone:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum testosterone between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum testosterone of both groups increased(P<0.01),and the degree in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.01).4.Clinical effectiveness:In the treatment group,the total number of effective cases was 32,and the effective rate was 90%.In the control group,the total effective number was 32,and the effective rate was 75%,the difference was no significant(P>0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores:Before treatment,the TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients showed kidney-yang deficiency,and there was no significant difference in syndrome scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the degree of decline in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation: No obvious side effects were found in the two groups oftreatment.Conclusion: Bushen-yanjing decoction can improve the PR,total vitality and serum testosterone of asthenozoospermia patients.The TCM syndrome were improved by Bushen-yanjing decoction.It has a certain clinical effect on Asthenozoospermia with deficiency kidney-yang,and no obvious adverse reactions.
