The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Zi Yin Bu Shen Geng Nian Decoction In Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective To observe and investigate the curative effect and action mechanism of Zi Yin Bu Shen Geng Nian Decoction treating Perimenopausal Syndrome through clinical research,in order to seek an efficacious and few side effect therapeutic method.Methods 60 patients which were in accordance with our selection criteria were divided into two groups randomly,in which the treatment group(treated with Zi Yin Bu Shen Geng Nian Decoction)30 cases,the control group(treated with Livial)30 cases.Before treatment and at the end of treatment,levels of serum sex hormone and bone mineral density(BMD)were assayed respectively,and then figure up T-score.We observed their clinical symptoms and traditional medicine symptoms scores,four main traditional medicine symptoms,measure endocrine hormone level and BMD.Results Compared with the total effective rate in control group(86.67%),the rate in treatment group was 83.33%,there was no obvious difference between the groups(P>0.05).Both of the two groups could improved the symptoms of Perimenopausal Syndrome(P<0.01),which was no obvious between the two groups(P>0.05).Meanwhile,the four main traditional medicine symptoms were prominent improved at the end of treatment(P<0.01),But to improve the symptoms of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,treatment group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),on the other hand,Treatment effects in hot flash and dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,both of the treatment group and control group were no obvious difference>0.05).The serum sex hormone was obviously improved in the two groups(P>0.05),which means that the content of E2 have risen,the content of FSH and LH went down,there were no obvious difference between them(P>0.05).The two groups also could improved the level of the BMD and T-score(P<0.05),which was no obvious difference between the groups.Conclusion Zi Yin Bu Shen Geng Nian Decoction compares favorable with Livial in improving the symptoms,adjusting the endocrine,rising the BMD,and preventing Osteoporosis.And it is superior to Livial in overdose adverse reaction.
