Objective:to analysis system of evaluation, evaluation of clinical curative effect of acupuncture therapy on external humeral epicondyle inflammation. Methods:the inclusion and exclusion criteria were established according to the objective. Comprehensive search of CNKI, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane and strictly screened the fit into standard clinical randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Through the one one reading title, abstract, the full text of the way to determine the inclusion of the research literature. Related data extraction was carried out on the final inclusion of the literature research. The methodology quality of the included studies was evaluated, and the data were analyzed and synthesized, and the quality of the results was evaluated by GRADE rating. The clinical efficacy and safety of objective evaluation of external humeral epicondyle with needle knife. Results:a total of 13 studies were included in this systematic review, and 980 patients were included in the study. The needle knife and closed, electro acupuncture, acupuncture, ointment control:total efficiency [RR=1.19 (95% CI 1.13,1.2), Acupotomy group is better than control group. The acupuncture and routine acupuncture, electroacupuncture and closed control:VAS pain [WMD=-1.67,95% CI (-2.51,-0.84)], that needle knife in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis in pain relief effect is better than that of the control group. The needle knife and closed, acupuncture control: lateral elbow pain [WMD=-0.75 and 95% CI (-0.79,-0.71)], think of acupuncture in improving lateral elbow pain effect is better than that of control group. Level of evidence: the needle knife and closed, electro acupuncture and conventional acupuncture, ointment control the total efficiency of the intermediate of evidence evidence. Acupuncture and conventional acupuncture, electroacupuncture, closed VAS pain control for low evidence. The needle knife closed, and the acupuncture control level is very low lateral elbow tenderness. Into literature in only 1 cases of syncope, Yu described security incidents in the literature is less, failed to get clear safety report needle knife in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Conclusion:according to the current clinical evidence collection. The needle knife therapy to improve the overall efficacy, ease pain effect is clear, and is superior to the control group (closed, traditional acupuncture, electroacupuncture, ointment). But because the system evaluation into the research literature in a relatively small number and most of the literature research methods therapeutics is low, lack of Foreign Literature (with needle knife is limited to domestic) and grey literature, influence the argument strength. Therefore, the conclusion of the study required caution.
