Purpose: This study is to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment in patients with intractable functional constipation accompanied by a variety of somatic symptoms problems by the law ol classification of the somatic symptoms in patients with intractable functional constipation research.Method : To find out the principle of intractable chronic functional constipation ?patients from chengdu anorectal specialist hospital from June I, 2015 to February I. 2016,whom met the inclusion standard of intractable functional constipation .was proceeded to related scale investigation, including:" the general situation questionnaire . "the constipating symptom rating se.tle". "somatic symptoms classification scale". The general rule of patients with intractable functional constipation and somatic symptom classification rule were found out by analyzing the characteristics of the patients' general situation, somatic symptom classification, the correlation of somatic symptoms associated v\ith constipation symptoms.Result: 54 cases of intractable chronic functional constipation with somatic symptoms of patients, gender distribution show a trend of women significantly more than male patients: Age composition ol'lhe patient population are mainly distributed in 40 to 59 years old age; Level of education distribution, patient population in a primary school, high school culture level account for most of the proportion; Professional distribution, farmers and unemployed account for most of proportion: Patients with somatic symptoms have serious effects on social function, certainly for the body symptoms of attention; Clinical symptoms are the feeling of endless defecation and anal fall bilge; Somatic symptoms classified is main inhibitory somatic symptoms: Inhibitory somatic symptoms and difficult defecation,endless defecation, defecation lime were positively correlated; Irritable patients with somatic symptoms and abdominal pain, abdominal distention were positively correlated; Biological body symptom and course, defecation frequency were positively correlated.Conclusion: This topic through the research showed that middle-aged women. cultured le\el is not high, is engaged in agnculluie and the proportion of unemployed in patients with intractable functional consiipaiion is higher, resistant of somatic symptoms in patients with functional constipation has serious influence on social function, the patient has positive attention to the body symptoms, clinical doctors should pay attention to this kind of patients with constipation. Patients with intractable functional constipation have mainly clinical characteristics for endless delecation feeling and long lime defecation Patents with sank bilge feeling in the anus, sense ol endless defecation, a long time defecation should to be attention.
