Clinical Observation Of Qixia Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Gamma Knife In The Treatment Of Pancreatic Cancer With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation of Jiawei Gexia Zhuyu Decoction combined with gamma knife in the treatment of pancreatic cancer,TCM syndrome score and KPS score changes of tumor and the weight change and adverse events,the treatment effect evaluation.So as to evaluate its curative effect.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with gamma knife,52% of the dose curve covered 95% PTV,the total dose of 35 Gy,divided into 10 F,1F/d,5F/W,and those in the treatment group were given Jiawei Gexia Zhuyu decoction in addition to the treatment for the control group,to observe the efficacy of the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The improvement rate of TCM syndrome score,KPS score,body weight and adverse events rate were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pancreatic cancer,Jiawei Gexia Zhuyu decoction combined with body gamma knife can relieve symptoms,improve patients’ quality of life,increase weight,reduce adverse events,to a certain extent,can reduce the tumor,stable tumor lesions.
