Clinical Observation Of Shugan Jianpi Recipe In Treating Chronic Diarrhea (Liver Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shu Gan Jian Pi Fang in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndromeMethods: 60 cases of chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency liver patients met the inclusion criteria,by randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Two were treated with Shu Gan Jian Pi Fang and loperamide hydrochloride capsules for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy after the treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome and TCM syndrome in the two groups,TCM main symptoms integral,efficacy and integral,and main symptom onset time were observed and compared.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in treatment group and control group was 86.67% and 73.33%,two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that Shu Gan Jian Pi Fang was better than that of effect of TCM syndrome of chronic diarrhea control group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral difference were:10.33± 6.72,5.87± 4.32,was significantly reduced(P<0.01),between the two groups P value is less than 0.05,indicating that the two groups can significantly improve clinical symptoms,but the treatment group for TCM symptoms improved better than the control group before and after treatment.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 70%,respectively.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.But the effect of two main symptoms before and after treatment were compared,prompt significant two groups(P<0.01),description of the two groups can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM,But the comparison among the two subgroups,this suggests that the two effects on main symptoms of diarrhea.No significant difference was found for the efficacy of the treatment group the main symptoms ofabdominal pain than the control group.There were significant differences in the onset time between the two groups,the treatment group for chronic diarrhea diarrhea,abdominal pain in two main disease control group curative effect advantage,however,due to the lack of objective indicators,not included in statistical analysis.In the process of treatment in the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Shu Gan Jian Pi Fang for TCM syndrome of chronic diarrhea symptoms and clinical efficacy than loperamide hydrochloride capsules has more advantages,but in the diarrhea effect this main symptoms on the side of no obvious advantage.Both are safe and non-toxic side effects.
