| Object:To study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Changweikang in the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery of colorectal cancer.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into two groups: Oral Chinese medicine decoction about Changweikang in enhanced recovery after colorectal cancer surgery observation group(group A,hereinafter referred to the test group),and conventional enhanced recovery after colorectal cancer surgery group(group B,hereinafter referred to the blank control group).Blank control group included 20 cases, which adopting routine enhanced recovery treatment in our hospital.Test group contained 20 cases, when the water can be infused 6 hours after surgery,a small amount of oral administration of gastrointestinal Chinese medicine, until oral Chinese medicine gradually increased to 200 ml 3 times a day.Collecting statistics the data of the patient’s postoperative anal venting and defecation time, postoperative NRS pain score, gastrointestinal function recovery time, postoperative complication rate, and postoperative hospital stay.Through SPSS 19.0 statistical software, analyzing and comparing the efficacy of the two treatment regimens.Result:Anal exhaust time on the first day after surgery in both groups, the test group was shorter than the control group(P<0.01);After the first day of defecation, the test group was shorter than the control group(P<0.01);Comparison of postoperative hospital stay days, the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant. The gastrointestinal function recovery grade was compared on the third day after operation, the experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS pain scores of the two groups of subjects gradually decreased on the first 1-5 days after surgery,The first day after operation, the pain score of the control group and the experimental group was P>0.05,no statistical difference; On the 2nd to 5th day after surgery, the P values of NRS pain scores in both groups were less than 0.05,and the results were statistically different. The complication rate of the two groups was 5%,one case of pulmonary infection, and the postoperative complication rate was 10% in the control group. Both cases were anastomotic fistula,Fisher’s exact probability method was used.Analysis was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Oral traditional Chinese medicine prescription Changweikang in the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery of colorectal cancer is safe and effective, which have no obvious side effects and adverse drug reactions, which have no increase in risk of postoperative complications. It can effectively promote rapid recovery of patients, especially the recovery of intestinal function. It can effectively alleviate postoperative pain in patients with colorectal cancer, can further shorten the hospitalization time of patients, and improve the quality of patients’ life. |
