Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shixiang Cream To Promote Chronic Refractory Wound Repair

Objective:Chronic ulcer as a clinical common disease, brings heavy burden to individuals and society, Chinese medicine has good curative effect in treating on chronic ulcer.To observe the clinical effect of Shixiang Plaster in treating on chronic ulcer.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in experimental group were treated with Shixiang Plaster, while the others in the control group were treated with Kangfuxin ye, wound secretion culture pathogenic bacteria species distribution,wound healing rate, healing time, and visual analogue scale were recorded.Result:The result showed the two groups were divided fairly on the parts of sex, age, course of disease. The wound healing rate showed there were no statistic differences in 3days [(20.83±8.44) cm~2, (18.73±5.27) cm~2, t=1.186, P=0.240]and 7 days[(38.19 ±9.13) cm~2, (35.60±7.66) cm~2, t=1.147, P=0.256],there were statistic differences in 14days [(68.26±12.31) cm~2, (60.15±9.81) cm~2,t=2.709,P=0.009]and 21days[(87.66 ±8.47) cm~2, (80.40±7.76) cm~2, t=3.361,P=0.001].The entire treatment process there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups secretions score.There were no statistic differences in visual analogue scale before treatment[(6.00±1.49), (5.88 ±1.48), t=0.319,P=0.751],while the visual analogue scale in experimental group decrease more after treatment compared with control group[(1.50±0.70), (2.08±0.93), t=-2.778,P=0.007]. Compare the healing time, the experimental group are much lower than the control group[(22.94±3.35) d, (27.86±2.77) d, t=-5.976,P=0.000].3 patients recovery and 30 patients got a significantly effective,3 patients effective;while none recovery,17 patients got a significantly effective,7 patients effective in the control group, the experimental group surpassed the control group in the total curative effect((?R experimental group=27.29, (?R control group=35.31, Z=-2.429, P=0.015).Conclusion:Shixiang Plaster can improve the healing of the wound by the function of eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation, and it has better effects on treating chronic ulcer compared with Kangfuxin ye.The treatment of chronic difficult to heal wounds with easy operation, little injury, fewer complications, and the advantages of recovering well, is worth promoting.
