Effects Of Acupuncture At Different Acupoints On Serum CCK And SS In OT Knockout Mice

Objective:To explore the effects of oxytocin in acupuncturing different nerve segments points QT on gene-knockout mice about CCK and SS by observing the gastric motility function about Zusanli,Neiguan and Weishu points.Methods:OT Gene-Knockout mice models were made by gene recombination technology,40 mice of Gene-Knockout mice and wild type mice about 2 months old of half gender were randomly divided into 4 groups.Then acupuncturing at the three different nerve segments points:Zusanli,Neiguan and Weishu after anesthetized and Checking targets:interstitial cells of cajal,cholecystokinin,somatostatin.Results:1.Wild type mice group:Compared with normal group,electric-acupuncture on Zusanli and Neiguan points has a function of inhibiting CCK and SS in haemoconcentration(p<0.05),while electric-acupuncture on Weishu points has promoting effect on CCK and SS in haemoconcentration(P<0.01).2.Gene-Knockout mice group:Compared with normal group,electric-acupuncture on Zusanli and Neiguan points has no significant effect on CCK and SS in haemoconcentration(P<0.05),while electric-acupuncture on Weishu points has promoting CCK and SS in haemoconcentration(P<0.01).3.Compare wild type mice group with gene-knockout mice group:the OT gene-knockout promoting effect on CCK and SS in haemoconcentration(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Oxytocin may be in company with CCK and SS in participating on the regulating function of the stomach.2.Electric-acupuncture on Zusanli and Neiguan points has a function of inhibiting CCK and SS in haemoconcentration;Electric-acupuncture on Neiguan point has a function of promoting CCK and SS in haemoco-ncentration,it is suggested that different nerve segments acupoints from stomach’s can lower the concentration of CCK and SS in haemoconcentration,while same nerve segments acupoints from stomach’s can higher the concentration of CCK and SS in haemoconcentration.3.CCK and SS as a kind of braingut peptides are involved in the regulation of acupuncture on gastric motility.It is speculated that the regulation of acupuncture on gastric motility is achieved by the release of such substances by peptidergic nerves...
