Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin Dingtong Decoction In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris And Qi Deficiency

Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of Yi Qi Yang Yin Din Tong soup treatment of qi Yin deficiency type of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris.Method:60 patients comply with qi Yin deficiency type of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris Were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases each.The treatment group given Yi Qi Yang Yin Din Tong soup,The control group given basic western medicine(Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets ?Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets? Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets)treatment,Course of4 weeks to observe one course of treatment.Observe two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,attack frequency of angina pectoris,pain degree,duration,electrocardiogram,levels of nitroglycerin stopped reduction and change.Results: Yi Qi Yang Yin Din Tong soup and basic western medicine two groups after treatment all can improve or eliminate clinical symptoms of TCM and angina pectoris,reduce the TCM syndrome integral,but the treatment group is better than that of control group,the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment group in reducing the attack frequency of angina pectoris,the degree of pain,the dosage of nitroglycerin is better than that in control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of reduced duration of angina pectoris and improvement of ECG ST segment and T wave abnormality,There was no statistically significant difference is compared between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yi Qi Yang Yin Din Tong soup treatment of qi Yin deficiency type of coronary heart disease stable angina pectorishas definite curative effect,and is based on western medicine can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms.
