Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin In Patients With Stable Angina (Qi Deficiency And Biood Stasis Type) Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect And Its Influence On Serum GSH-Px And LPO

Objective:This topic observation Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin in patients with stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect and security,through the observation Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin in patients with stable angina,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),lipid peroxide(LPO)level and the effect of Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin of the oxidation mechanism of intervention and possible mechanism of action.Methods:To meet the criteria for 60 patients with stable coronary artery disease angina were randomly di-vided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,the treatment group(Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin +conventional treatment),the control group(routine treatment),observation period of 28 days.Were observed before and after treatment,clinical symptoms of angina,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate,Chinese medicine symptom integral and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),lipid peroxide(LPO)content.Results:1.Treatment group after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms of angina pectoris curative effect of total effective rate,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate are 90.00%,and 90.00%respectively,the control group 73.33%and 70.00%,respectively,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);2.Two groups after treatment,the treatment group treat symptoms integral effect is better than that of control group(P<0.05),in the aspect of TCM symptoms improve,the treatment group compared with control group has a clear advantage(P<0.01)3.Treatment group before and after treatment,plasma LPO levels drop,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Elevated serum GSH-Px levels,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin can improve stable angina patients with qi deficiency,blood stasis type)of angina symptoms,TCM syndrome integral and improve nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate.2.Qi Shen Tong Luo Yin can improve the patients plasma GSH-Px activity and reduce serum LPO level,reduce oxidative stress injury.
