The Clinical Efficacy Of WenXin Tang On Cardiac Function In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

Aim To observe the effects of composite Winxin Tang in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods: Select 70patients with chionic heart failure were divided into two groups: All pts were divided into treatment group(n=35) treated by outine therapy of CHF(including digitalis,diuretics, vasoditator, ACEI) and treatment group (n=35) treated by routine therapy with Winxin Tang for fifth day. After that observed before and after treatment were compared between the two groups stroke volume,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and blood test, Urine, Stool examination, conventional liver function, renal function and other laboratory tests,observation of the patient's heart function class(NYHA), symptoms, Signs and cardiac function cefore and after and after treatment, the changes judg its efficacy and safety. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group is 85.71%. The total effective rate of the control group is 80.00%(P>0.05). CO,SV,EF,FS of the two groups were increased obviously after the treatment. Among the treatment group, EF,CO was increased after treatment, compared with the control group, P>0.05. the 6 minute walking distance improved(P<0.01). Compared with control group, the heart function in the Carvediol group improved significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: WinXin Tang has a constant effect on the chronic heart failure patients,without sidr effect and toxicity.
