Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by changes in coronary atherosclerosis leading to vascular stenosis,obstruction,and/or a coronary heart disease due to functional changes(cramps)that cause myocardial ischemia, hypoxia or necrosis, and a common disease of kinds of coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases.Because of its high prevalence, frequent rehospitalization, and heavy burden for the family and society,it has become a major public health problem. In recent years, with the development of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),TCM have some clear significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, especially in alleviating the clinical symptoms, controling the course of development, improving the life quality. The core concept of TCM is the treatment based on Syndrome differentiation,by it,we can treat diseases effecyively. Therefore, providing objective and quantitative indicators for TCM has gradually become a hot topic in the research of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Ballistocardiogram(BCG)is a new tool of monitoring cardiovascular function in medical physics.and is expected to be a method of evaluating vascular stenosis.Based on this viewpoint, the writer applies BCG to clinic practice and tries to explore the correlation among coronary heart disease TCM syndrome types,BCG and coronary stenosis degree.Providing a beneficial reference for objectification and standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation typing.Objective:1.The main BCG index(IJ,JK interval)and the degree of coronary stenosis in angina pectoris group and noncardiac angina pectoris group;2.Evaluating the correlation among TCM syndrome types, the main BCG index(IJ,JK interval)and coronary stenosis in angina pectoris group.Methods:139 suspected cases from November 2016 to March 2016 are objects of study, which were diagnosed as coronary heart disease in the department of cardiology of BUCM Oriental Hospital. This study is divided into coronary heart disease angina pectoris and non-coronary heart disease angina pectoris,Western medicine diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease angina diagnosis reference to the "ischemic heart disease naming and diagnostic criteria",made by International Society of Cardiology and WHO in 1976,and regard the results of coronary angiography Check as gold standard of diagnosis.as well as TCM Syndrome Differentiation Typing According to the National Drug Administration in 2002 the new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principle points blood stasis syndrome,qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm blocking heart collateral syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Collecting ECG data-BCG data of 139 cases underwent angiography, observing and detecting the main indicators(IJ,JK interval)after operation. The results of coronary angiography were analyzed by an experienced ventriculor catheterian physician, and reports presented by 2 or more experienced psychiatrists.Put the patients consistent with the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease into the coronary heart disease angina pectoris group, and put the patients at odds with the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease into the non-coronary heart disease angina pectoris group.Recording the above observation indicators, all datas using SPSS20.0 for statistical analysis.Measurement data using t-test and ANOVA or non parametric test, count data by chi square test, ranked data by rank sum test, correlation analysis using Spearman correlation analysis, inclusion and exclusion value for the system default P<0.05.Result:1.The IJ,JK and Gensinis scores of CHD patients were significantly higher than those of patients with non-coronary heart disease(P<0.05).The difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Part of the TCM syndromes and IJ,JK interval of Coronary heart disease angina pectoris have some correlation(P<0.05).with(blood stasis syndrome,qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrom)/qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,(phlegm blocking heart collateral syndrome/qi and yin deficiency syndrome)TCM syndromes change,IJ,JK interval have a trend of gradually increasing.3.There are some certain relevance between part of the TCM syndromes and Gensini score in Coronary heart disease angina pectoris group(P<0.05).,with the syndrome type changing from the blood stasis syndrome to qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and then phlegm blocking heart collateral syndrome,qi and yin deficiency syndrome, coronary stenosis is increasing.4.Part of TCM syndromes and the number of pathological vascular have a certain correlation(P<0.05)in Coronary heart disease angina pectoris group,TCM syndrome is merely blood stasis is mostly single local disease,as to multifactors and deficiency syndrome, the degree of disease is relatively heavy.5.Both coronary heart disease angina pectoris group and noncardiac angina pectoris group, there are some correlation between IJ interval and coronary stenosis,JK interval and coronary stenosis(P<0.05).The IJ and JK interval values were positively correlated with Gensini score. With the degree of coronary stenosis increased,IJ,JK interval values are increasing.Conclusion:1.There are significant differences among tIJ,tJK,Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease angina pectoris group.Application of IJ,JK interval to assess the degree of coronary artery stenosis is feasibile.2.A11 tIJ,tJK,Gensini score have correlation with TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease angina, and provide an objective basis for quantitative analysis.3.There is a positive correlation among tIJ,tJK and Gensini score, which refer to evaluate the degree of coronary stenosis.
