The Clinical Research On The Effect Of The GuanXinXiaoBan Tang Which Treat Coronary Angina Pectoris

Object:The author observed the clinical effect of Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and inquired its affect to inflammation C-reaction protein.Method:Sixty patients were divided into two groups randomly, namely Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction treating group and XinKang comparing group, there are thirty patients in each group. Took four weeks as a course of treatment and visited patients according to circumstances. Contrast their curative effect.Result:1. After treatment, the observing projects of the frequency of angina pectoris breaking out, last time, the dosage of nitroglycerinum, Chinese medicine symptom, electrocardiogram, hemorheology, cardiac function, CRP were all improved obviously(P<0.01).2. After treatment each kind of curative effects in Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction treating group was correspond to XinKang comparing group(P>0.05).3. Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction treating group was obviously better in improving Chinese medicine symptom than comparing group(P<0.05).4. Visiting patients in Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction treating group each kind of curative effects was improved greatly(P<0.05).5. Visiting patients in Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction treating group each kind of curative effects was better than XinKang comparing group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Coronary Heart Clearing Speckle Decoction has good prevention and cure function on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and has fine long-term curative effect. It may have interference function on coronary heart disease inflammation mechanism.
