Clinical Observation Of Bushen Qilin Granules In The Treatment Of Thin Endometrium (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

BackgroundThin endometrium refer to that endometeial thickness of 7mm or less at promoting ovulation cycle hCG day and natural cycle LH peak day or at the time of maximum follicle diamter line 18mm.The occurrence of the disease has become one of the important factors which restricted the success rate of assisted reproductive technology.Now the pathogenesis of thin endometrium has not fully clear.The treatment of refractory thin endometrium is also the common problem we are facing.ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of kidney and blood stasis type thin endometrium treated by BuShenYuLin formula particles,and make a preliminary discussion about its mechanism of action.we hope to find a new strategy for therapies.Method40 patients who conform to the diagnostic criteria of western and traditional medicine were been selected.Than we enjoined them taking BuShenYuLin formulaparticles for 3 menstrual cycles and compared the change of endometrial thickness、menstrual blood loss.largest follicle diameter、uterine artery and endometrial blood flow parameters%pregnancy rate as well as TCM symptom score before and after medication.ResultAfter 3 menstrual cycles treatment of BuShenYuLin formula particles we found t_hat 14 cases had marked effect,23 case had effective,ineffective in 3 patients.After the therapy,the average thickness of endometrial was more thicker,endometrial echo under ultrasound、pregnancy rate and endometrial blood flow parameters were both g-oing better than before in oviposit day.The differences of those indicators were stati-callysignificant(P<0.05).Compered with before,the average goal of Pictorial Blood 1-o ss Assessment Chart was improved and TCM clinical symptoms were remited,The di fferences were statistically significant too(P<0.05).We also found the differences of 1-ar gest follicle diameter and uterine artery blood flow parameters weren’t statistically si-gnificant(P>0.05),although that was improved compared with before.Conclusion BuShenYuLin formula particles can increase the endometrial thickness of thin endometrium patients who are in the type of kidney and blood stasis.The formula particles also can improve the receptivity of endometrium,increase the menstrual blood loss and relieve TCM clinical symptoms.We suspect there is a close relationship between these effects and the action of BuShenYuLin formula particles which can increase endometrial blood flow parameters.
