The Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)staging Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of The Thin Endometrium And Its Influence On Uterine Artery Blood Flow

Objective: To observe the curative effect of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of the Thin Endometrium and its influence on uterine artery blood flow treated by Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in installment therapy.To discuss on the mechanism of action of the treatment initially in order to provide treatment ideas and methods for less menstruation and infertility caused by thin endometrium.Method: A total of 60 patients who conformed to the diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of the Thin Endometrium were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Bushen Yangxue Decoction after menstruation and Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction before menstruation.The control group was treated with Huanshao capsule and Xuefu Zhuyu capsule,and drug was withdrawled during menstruation.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Then compared the comprehensive efficacy evaluation,the improvement of TCM symptom score and menstrual blood loss,endometrial thickness,as well as Uterine artery blood flow parameters before and after medication.To make the statistical processing on the data and investigate the differences in efficacy.Results:(1)After treatment,the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,while that of the control group was 80%,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group.(2)After treatment,both of the scores of TCM syndrome of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(3)The menstrual blood loss of the two groups after treatment was both significantly increased compared with before(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)The endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment were thicker than before(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(5)After treatment,both the uterine artery blood flow parameters PI and RI levels of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in installment therapy can increase the endometrial thickness of Thin Endometrium patients who are in the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,reduce uterine artery blood flow resistance,increase menstrual volume,improve clinical symptoms,and achieve remarkable clinical efficacy.
