| In recent years,the incidence of modern chronic constipation increased year by year,according to the clinical epidemiological investigation of constipation shows that the incidence of chronic constipation in China was 6.07%,with age,the incidence of chronic constipation increased;and gradually have the younger trend.So constipation now become a common disease affecting modern life.Clinically caused by the characteristics of the characteristics of constipation caused by constipation is divided into:slow transit constipation,outl et obstructive constipation,mixed constipation.Among the chronic constipation patients,mostly mixed with constipation.Therefore,this study uses mixed constipation as the research direction.Mixed constipation contains slow transit constipation and outlet obstructive constipation characteristics,that is,the performance of a long time to reduce the number of stool,dry stool,discharge difficulties,poor abdominal distension,accompanied by defecation effort,there is no sense of feeling,less defecation,or lack of meaning.For the clinical treatment of drug-based,includ various types of laxatives,promoting intestinal drugs,micro-ecological agents,but the patient is highly dependent on the drug,long-term constipation in patients with poor efficacy,while long-term application of diarrhea can lead the occurrence of colonic melanosis,severe cases can occur cancer.Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation has a good effect,but because of the treatment process of individual differences,drug selection and dosage is difficult to form a unified,standard treatment program,so Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation is lack of repeatability.Surgical methods for the treatment of severe or intractable constipation,surgical methods are mostly in a variety of complete colon or part of colonic resection.But surgical methods may cause greater damage,higher risk,clinical application is more cautious.Therefore,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,looking for a less damage to the treatment of mixed constipation is our research direction.Eight Liao pointcatgut embeddingers combined with Xiaozhiling injection treatment of mixed constipation is based on traditional Chinese medicine theory of acupuncture and modern medical theory.The treatment played in the advantages of Chinese and Western medicine.It’S a small wound,simple operation,good effect,and is easily accepted by patients for treatment.This method can improve patients’ symptom and quality of life.Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the treatment of mixed constipation in combination with Xiazhiling injection.Methods 40 patients with mixed constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(20 cases).The treatment group was treated with eight liao pointcatgut embeddingers combined with Xiaozhiling injection 1 times in 2 weeks,a total of 2 times.The control group was given Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally,5mg each time,3 times a day,for 4 weeks.The stool score weekly independentdefecation frequency and colonic transit test results and barium defecography and the test of rectal mucosal prolapse were observed before and 4 weeks after treatment.The effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the stool traits was significantly improved compared with before treatment,the number of spontaneous defecation per week increased,significantly before the colon transmission test(GITT)residual marker number was significantly less than the preoperative;patients with rectal mucosal prolapse symptoms score and defecation Angiography scores were lower than before treatment,and better than the control group,Conclusion The treatment of mixed constipation in combination with Xiazhiling injection is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Is a small trauma,simple operation,good results,and patients easy to accept the treatment. |
