Research On TCM Syndrome Law Of Subliminal Anxiety And Depression Based On Data Mining Technology

Objectives:This study,under previous literature research based on mixed anxiety and depression symptoms,to observe the syndromes of certain amount,based on the Bayes networks further introduce two variables Logistic regression method to explore the TCM syndrome distribution of mixed depression and anxiety,provide the basis for TCM treatment of MAD.Methods:The project combines the research of previous literature and expert guidance,strictly follow the clinical epidemiological research,including the development of the general condition of patients,social demographic data,TCM syndrome data observation table,cross-sectional study,were collected for a period of 1 years at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine three affiliated hospitals of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Guo Yi Tang clinic of traditional Chinese medicine and the Sun palace community and Xiaoguan community health service center.On this basis,using Bayes network data mining technology and Logistic technology in the regression analysis,and combined with TCM theory and experience of experts and many other statistical methods,to explore the regularity of TCM Syndromes of subthreshold depression and anxiety.Result:The survey of 620 cases of patients with MAD common symptoms,frequency in the top 25 include worry(94.5%),angry(92.4%),nervous(89.3%),sad(88.5%),forget(87.2%),feeble(86.7%),lumbago(79.7%),distracted(79.2%),unhappy(78.0%),sigh(75.1%),dream(73.7%),eye dry(73.3%),listless(72.2%),fear(71.4%),coward(68.3%),uninterest(68.3%),antsy(65.2%),giddy(62.6%),cardiopamus(61.1%),difficulty in week(60.1%),chest tight(60.1%),xerostomia(59.7%),chill(58.4%),doublt(55.8%),early awaking(55.3%).These TCM symptoms mostly cover the main symptoms of MAD.This study uses Bayesian data mining on the clinical symptoms and signs in 620 cases of MAD were analyzed,extracted from the liver,heart,spleen,kidney 4 disease elements and Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm,hot 7 pathogenesis factors,of the 11 syndromes to establish Bayesian network model,based on the relationship between syndrome factors data,extract the stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome and two disharmony of heart and kidney three MAD syndromes.Logistic regression method was used to analyze the symptoms of the three syndromes,and summarized the symptom distribution and the primary and secondary symptoms of MAD.Among them,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome in 620 patients accounted for 33.7%,two of spleen deficiency syndrome accounted for 34.7%,accounting for 31.6%of heart kidney disharmony.The main symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome is good sigh,melancholy,flank pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea,anorexia,belching,state of mind not gather,breast pain,depression;secondary symptoms for interest,timid easily frightened,nervous,dreaminess,dizziness,lassitude,fresh taste,dry mouth bitter,irritability,forgetfulness,listlessness,shortness of breath,constipation,frequent urination.The two main symptoms of deficiency of spleen is spontaneous,dizziness,irregular menstruation,nervous,timid Yi Jing,lassitude,claw violet dark;secondary symptoms as aversion to cold,headache,malaise,fear,worry,forgetfulness,palpitations,paranoia,frequent urination,fresh taste.The main symptoms of disharmony of heart and kidney is difficult to fall asleep,wake up early,tinnitus,five upset hot,irritability,backache,foot knee limp;secondary symptoms for low sexual desire,palpitations,hot flashes sweating,dry mouth constipation,mouth pain,shortness of breath,impotence,urination,fear,tension,on tenterhooks,dreaminess,menstruation no,dizziness.Conclusion:First,a study of 620 cases of patients with subthreshold anxiety and depression,cross-sectional survey,according to the analysis of TCM symptoms and signs of data extraction,the occurrence frequency of the syndromes,frequency of the first 25 symptoms covers the basic situation of MAD.Second,this study uses Bayesian network data statistical method and Logistic regression to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM Syndromes of subliminal anxiety and depression analysis,summed up the 3 kinds of TCM syndrome type MAD:liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,spleen two deficiency,heart kidney disharmony.
