Also known as Erigeron breviscapus,Herba Erigerontis is Compositae family Erigeron genus(Erigeron L.)the dry grass Erigeom breviscapus short grass Plant Erigeron Hand(Vant.)Mazz.Mainly distributed in Yunnan,Guizhou,Hunan,Guangxi,Tibet and other places.Erigeron breviscapus is pungent,slightly bitter,warm.The heart and liver meridian.It has the effect of promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals to relieve pain,dispel wind and remove dampness.For stroke hemiplegia,chest pain,rheumatism,headache,toothache,etc.In this paper,the quality control indexes of Erigeron breviscapus such as the fingerprint analysis,the determination of the related components and the qualitative analysis of the chemical constituents were studied.UPLC fingerprint focus on 18 different areas of Erigeron breviscapus,mainly study the linearity,precision,repeatability and other methods of investigation,the test results show that the UPLC determination of breviscapine fingerprint is accurate and feasible,compared with HPLC,it can greatly save the analysis time,analysis reagent,it can be rapid analysis the preferred method of Erigeron breviscapus,and other traditional Chinese medicine analysis methods based on the experiment.In the test of breviscapine content determination of chlorogenic acid,the main ingredient,measured for scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus,but Yunnan production of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus was significantly higher than that in Guizhou,because Erigeron is the geoherbs of Yunnan province,so preparation in the later application,Yunnan area of flowers must be used as the first choice;in all 18 batches,the content of chlorogenic acid is generally less,about 0.3%.Qualitative study of chemical composition by UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap.The results show that the method is accurate and feasible.In this paper,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Erigeron breviscapus was carried out from the whole point of view.According to the experimental results,the scientific and effective evaluation of Erigeron breviscapus is provided,which can provide theoretical basis and scientific method for the practical application of Erigeron breviscapus.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)Using UPLC method to establish the fingerprint of Erigeronbreviscapus,investigated the quality of different origin herbs,and 18 batches of scutellarin and chlorogenic acid content were determined,in order to control the quality of Erigeron breviscapus,providing a scientific basis for flower planting and harvesting of resources,providing reference for a follow-up study.(2)Compared with the control samples to get the peaks belonging of scutellarin and chlorogenic acid,and use the chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation software(2004A version)to analysis and identified 13 Erigeronbreviscapus fingerprint in common peaks.(3)By means of UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap liquid chromatography coupled with massspectrometry,abundant fragment ion information was obtained,and the chemical composition was analyzed and identified in detail.
