Clinical Analysis Of External Use Of Huanglian Cream On Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Purpose of research:?Observe traditional Chinese medicine coptis cream's clinical effect on blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris,explore the features and advantages of coptis cream;?Compare the clinical effect and cost of coptis cream and calcipotriol cream,to explore therapeutic drugs and treatment programs of good economic benefits according to CEA,thus eliminate disease and reduce the economic burden of patients at the same time.Method of research:randomly group the 72 medical records of blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris from outpatient service of Dongzhimen Hospital into two groups by random number table method,experimental group and control group.The two groups all drink detoxification traditional medicine,choose target lesion of same severity from each group,treat target lesion of experimental group by Dongzhimen hospital self-made coptis cream twice a day,and control group by daivonex ointment twice a day.Take pictures of target lesion before and after treatment,then calculate the area of target lesion by Image J medical image analysis software,and score them.After four weeks continuous treatment,compare the clinical effect and explore economic benefits of coptis cream by CEA method.Result of research:72 patients are participated in this experiment,and 60 patients finished the experiment.In experimental group,2 patients recovered,2 patients gave up during the testing,2 patients appeared side effect;In control group,2 patients recovered,1 patients gave up during the testing,3 patients appeared side effect.30 patients from each group finished test finally.Total apparent rate of experimental group is 3.33%,total effective rate is 93.33%.Total apparent rate of control group is 16.67%and total effective rate is 90.00%,there is no obvious difference on the clinical effect between two groups(P>0.05).The score of experimental group before treatment is 14.03±1.71,control group is 14.13±1.33,there is no obvious difference on the score of two groups before treatment(P>0.5).The score of experimental group after treatment is 8.00±1.64,control group after treatment is 14.13±1.33,there is no obvious difference on the score of two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Erythema score before and after treatment from experimental group is 2.67±0.61 and 1.33±0.55,scale score before and after treatment is 3.00±0.74 and 1.73±0.58,infiltration hypertrophy score before and after treatment is 2.77±0.62 and 1.60±0.56,area score before and after treatment is 4.00 and 2.70±1.11,pruritus score before and after treatment is 0.63±0.49.In control group,erythema score before and after treatment is 2.67±.055 and 1.73±0.5,scale score before and after treatment is 3.03±0.61 and 1.20±0.41,infiltration hypertrophy score before and after treatment is 3.00±0.45 and 1.10±0.48,the area score before and after treatment is 4.00 and pruritus score before and after treatment is 1.47±0.50 and 0.90±0.48.There is no obvious difference before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the score difference of erythema and pruritus is P<0.05,which shows big difference between two groups on erythema and pruritus.It explains that the clinical effect on improving erythema and pruritus of experimental group is better than that of control group.Score of scale and infiltration hypertrophy from two groups is both P<0.05,which shows better clinical effect on scale and infiltration hypertrophy of control group than experimental group.The area score of two groups are both P>0.05,which explains no obvious difference on area clinical effect between two groups.Pharmacoeconomic evaluation shows the benefits of experimental group is better that that of control group(P<0.05),the experimental group also reduces economic burden while treating disease.Conclusion of research:The overall clinical effect of coptis cream and calcipotriol cream is almost the same on treating blood-heat psoriasis vulgaris.Coptis cream is better than calcipotriol on improving erythema and pruritus,calcipotriol is better than coptis cream on treating scale and infiltration hypertrophy;Coptis cream also reduces economic burden while treating disease.
