| Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the intangible cultural heritage which belongs to China.It is the crystallization of the wisdom of working people in our country.Since China's reform and opening-up policies put into effect,China's traditional Chinese Medicine has developed rapidly.At the same time,China's drug standards have also been developed.At present China has established the " Chinese Pharmacopoeia " as the core content of Drug Standards System.The limitation standard of Chinese Medicinal Materials heavy metals and pesticide residue play an important part in the pharmaceutical standards system,It is associated with the safety usage and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,in order to guarantee the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),our country must formulate a scientific and reasonable limitation standard of Chinese Medicinal Materials heavy metals and pesticide residue.1.Research objectives and significance1.1 Research objectivesThis thesis which is mainly from literature research,have a fair idea about the limitation of traditional Chinese medicine heavy metals and pesticide residue at home and abroad.The research content of this article is divided into two parts:Firstly,to study on the limitation standard of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)heavy metals and pesticide residue at the present stage.Secondly,to study on the current situation of the limitation standard of traditional Chinese medicine pesticide residue.Then,this thesis will compare and analyze the limitation standard of traditional Chinese medicine heavy metals and pesticide residue between China and the rest of the world.And from the aspect of Pharmacy Administration,we can draw a conclusion,which is aimed at offering some advice about the present stage ofthe limitation standard of traditional Chinese medicine heavy metals and pesticide residue.1.2 Research significanceWith the increase of the degree of recognition of Chinese herbal medicine in the world,the safety of Chinese herbal medicines has attracted more and more attention.Recently,we always see some reports which are about heavy metals and pesticide residues in traditional Chinese Medicine.This not only seriously affects the safety of traditional Chinese medicine,but also hinders the export of traditional Chinese Medicine,which restricts the development of traditional Chinese Medicine.In China,the development of traditional Chinese medicine is inseparable from the improvement of quality standards of traditional Chinese Medicine.This study has some practical significance on the standard for heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines and pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.2.The research contentThe main research content is divided into two big aspects:Heavy metal pollution of traditional Chinese Medicine,Studies on the establishment of the limits of heavy metals,Pollution of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal,Studies on pesticide residue limits.Traditional Chinese medicinal materials of heavy metal pollution and heavy metal limited standards research includes four parts:Studies on the heavy metal pollution ofTraditional Chinese Medicine,Detection of heavy metals in the traditional Chinese medicine,the current situation on the heavy metal limited standards in Chinese herbal medicine at home and abroad,as well as the standard comparative analysis,Suggestions for the work of TCM heavy metals limited standards.Traditional Chinese medicine Pesticide residue pollution and the research of pesticide residue limited standards:Study on the pesticide residue of Traditional Chinese medicinal materials,Study on the detected method about the pesticide residue in traditional Chinese medicine research,the current situation on the heavy metal limited standards in Chinese herbal medicine at home and abroad,as well as the standard comparative analysis,Suggestions for the work of TCM heavy metals limited standards.3.Research TechniqueThe methodology of this topic is mainly about literature research method.Literature research method refers to a method which can collect,sort,and identify documents.It is based on the requirements of the certain research purpose or subject.Thus it can correctly analysis and grasp the method of studying the problems.Literature retrieval time:Before December 31,2016,all the relevant literature which is published.The data is mainly from China's academic literature network publishing pool,Wan Fang database,VIP network,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),the standard network,national standard network,download web and China Pesticide Information Network,and so on.4.ConclusionThis article is based on the heavy metal limits of Chinese herbal medicine(vegetable drugs),the MRL standards of Chinese herbal medicine standard limits and related laws as well as our country policy,we put forward the following opinions and suggestions:(1)In order to ensure the scientific and reasonable development of the standards for the residue detection of Chinese medicinal materials,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the risk assessment of heavy metals,harmful elements and pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.Then it can establish the useful risk assessment system.In the study of the risk assessment of heavy metals and harmful elements and pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines,the use of sample screening data is emphasized.(2)The detected method and technology should be improved in the TCM pesticide residue.It is necessary to establish a simple,rapid and economical method for the analysis of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.(3)The method for the determination of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicines which stipulated in the Chinese pharmacopoeia standard,is basically the same as that of international regulations.However,it is necessary to establish a method for the rapid detection of heavy metals,such as ion immunoassay.It can effectively improve the detection efficiency to meet the needs of grass-roots or on-site testing.(4)At present,china's management system of pesticide use is not perfect,which relates to traditional Chinese medicinal materials.It needs to limit the cultivated varieties and types of pesticide use,which is based on the actual situation of scope.Then,in consideration of China's national conditions,we strictly control the use of pesticide varieties,then we can effectively reduce pesticide residues.(5)China should establish and carry out the special Chinese medicine pesticide registration management system and the use of pesticide varieties of traditional Chinese medicine.It requires that our country should coordinate the responsibility and division between Agricultural sector and Food and Drug Administration to make sure they are collaborative management.(6)Currently,the research of risk assessment of TCM pesticide residues is better than before.Due to the natural similar property between Traditional Chinese medicine and foods,we suggest to make a research about the risk assessment and the safety of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines,which refers to the guidelines for the risk assessment of pesticide residues in foods.Then we can learn some useful research contents and methods to explore and prove our views."And it is necessary to make it accord with national conditions.Then we can provide scientific basis on the revises of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.We suggest to establish and perfect the system about the risk assessment of pesticide residues in Chinese herbal medicines.(7)TCM pesticide residues exceed the standard should date to the source.In order to reduce the phenomenon pesticide abuse which is in the process of planting,we suggest to make a principle that is the guidelines for the use of pesticides in Chinese herbal medicines.(8)It is suggested that the standard of pesticide residue in Chinese herbal medicine is more perfect in the future,we can make a study on the limits of heavy metal copper in Chinese medicinal herbs. |
